Very positive energy on the outside where you can eat on a nice sunny day. And very positive energy on the inside as well where can eat. Very positive atmosphere in and out the place. Excellent customer service from the pretty Little Nubian Princess who was the cashier. And nice respectable young Gentleman that were the cooks. And the nice respectable young man who gave me my food and put everything in the three bags exactly how wanted. The people who works there and the people who even were eating there for the most part had very Hospitable Spirits. As soon as I step out the car Beautiful Nubian Princess greeted me. I really like that place. It is very clean and a nice for a family. Very friendly family oriented place. GOD Bless all of them from the workers and the customers as well. Place was clean, staff was awesome. This was our first experience with Chick-fil-A. Food was given to us nice and hot. Fries were good. But the 3 of us felt the food was rather flavorless and dry. It looked good, smelled good. So I’m not sure if this is typical of this chain. I don’t feel it is worth going back.

I have no issue with the customer service which is always top notch. My only concern is receiving undercooked chicken sandwiches for the 2nd time. I had to throw it away after 1 bite because it was not cooked well done. I’d rather wait in line longer or pull over to get a well cooked chicken sandwich. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru so I don’t know why they are rushing food out before it’s cooked. I’ll give this store one more chance since I’ve had good experiences as well.

Always a great piece of chicken. Maybe it was just the piece I received this time but it sure seemed a lot smaller than I remember. It was thinner and completely fit with the borders of the bun. Too expensive for the meal size but it was still delicious.

I came to this location to order a meal and the person taking my order refused to offer me the sauce I wanted even if I paid for it! This store doesn’t value their customers enough to even sell them what they want to buy. Makes no sense whatsoever.

It was my first time eating here. I had a Cobb Salad w chicken nuggets … lots of chicken, that tasted good. It’s well seasoned. The spicy salsa salad dressing is very good. The Chik-fil-a sauce is just honey mustard dipping sauce. If the chicken in my salad is any indication of how their breaded chicken tastes, I’d take a chance and try wraps or sandwiches. They offer grilled chicken, too. I don’t really care for fast food chicken, but this is better than average. The waffle fries here were kinda soggy. Maybe not always….

Why is my rating a one because I got my order wrong once not 1? Not only once but now this is the 2nd type and then try to blame it on me and tell me. That’s what I said I was never treated so dis respectful over one sandwich and then you can still get it wrong the 2nd time and tell me. That’s what I they told me that’s what I said like 3 or 4 times. It still got it wrong The best advice I can give you is check your order before you pull away one and make sure it’s hot

Poor physical location. Nothing wrong with the food or the workers, but there needs to be a light at the intersection coming out of the drive thru. It’s a difficult location to maneuver unless you’re going to get dead ended in the Walmart lot to find a traffic light. Lol. A long shot but maybe a higher up will talk to the local jurisdiction about that.
