First time going to this location with my family and it sure as heck will be the last. My son had hair in his mac and cheese, we contacted support, support said someone will reach us from the restaurant to resolve our issue. Its beens days and did no hear back. I can’t complain on the website since the cashier never gave me a receipt so they basically screwed my son out of his mac and cheese. It’s there pleasure to serve food with hair and not give you back your money!

After moving to Cascade for a few weeks, we saw the Chick-fil-A building under construction and started counting down the days until it opened up. We fondly called this place “our Chick-fil-A”. The first few months, we were a bit disappointed at how slow and unorganized this place was. But things are getting better. Our recent visits are all positive. All employees are so friendly and welcoming. Wednesday morning free breakfasts are the best.

Used the drive through. They had an attendant outside, not sure if the screens were not working. Longer line, but he was super helpful and friendly and we weren’t in a hurry. We got our food fairly quickly too (don’t expect an instant order as I’m hoping they are taking time to make it). Overall very nice experience.
