We used to go to their location in the mall but since it’s closed, we tried this location and loved it. It’s conveniently located in downtown and easy to find. We noted the staff was efficient, but definitely did not have the quintessential Chick-fil-A charm that you’re used to in other locations. As an example, we heard no employees saying “my pleasure“. I felt it was definitely quickly give me your order, pay and here’s your food and that’s all.

Okay. This is the 2nd day in a row, same exact order messed up again. I blew it off yesterday because it was busy, but today it was only me and 1 other person in line. I ordered the Maple Grilled Chicken, no pickle no lettuce same as yesterday.. Yesterday it had both, today no lettuce but pickles. Look at my slip and the person didn’t take the pickles out. Called in to advise the manager, she said, “okay, thanks for letting us know” $9.15 for a sandwich with no drink, no side. Going to skip this location from now on.

My bun was hard and the oil they cooked the chicken in must need changed. I didn’t get my large fry as I didn’t realize their mistake until after I had them correct my sandwich. But they did resolve my issue on the sandwich. First time in Indianapolis and this was a convenient place to stop if out shopping and site seeing.

I visited this location on 6/13/23 at or around 9:00am. First of all the menu only displayed 3 menu items. So when I started to order I had to look up the menu on my phone. There were several people working this particular morning, but there was a long wait for both mobile orders and carry out orders. When I got my food it wasn’t what I ordered and it was burnt and cold. I was running late for work and did not have time to go back in. One of the other customers had returned her food because I believe it was burnt as well. I don’t know if I’ll visit this location for breakfast ever again. The dining area was clean.
