Quality is going way down. The guy taking my order tried telling me I couldn’t get it on a bun and when I told him I usually order the breakfast that way he couldn’t figure out how to do it but eventually made it work. However, the sandwich was cold and not the standard I’m usually served. Odd because they weren’t busy.

Good food for large catering! This location is crazy busy during lunch time, I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A with so many people outside. There was a bit of confusion with the pickup but it was quickly resolved by Chase. Thanks for the great food!

This business seems to have taken a turn for the worse since all of the new remodels. It seemed they had a well oiled machine a couple/few years ago. Now they struggle to get food out at the drive through, no matter how long the line. The chicken isn’t as good now either, and the prices are really getting high. It still might be worth it if they could get you the food as quickly as they used to. But it doesn’t seem hopeful.

First time I’ve ever had Chick-fil-A & I love it. The waffle fries are soft but crisp so you still get the crunch. The chicken is juicy. Got a strawberry shake & it was thick so it didn’t melt fast. And the drive thru line moves quick!

Me and my family ate here weekly if not more. Was always a great experience and food was perfect. In the past few months quality has gone way down forgotten items, forgotten sauces, wrong items. Recently went to get lunch and noticed a missing item. I informed the worker and she went to speak to someone else. The woman who came out told me I’d have to pay for the missing fry as it wasn’t part of the order. When I showed the receipt that it was on the order her story changed and it became that she was sure she put it in there. She then accused me of theft. The manager was great and tried his best to quell the situation offering the meal for free which was refused. I’m no thief especially not for a large fry. Do your job correctly and be humble enough to admit you made a mistake. Don’t try to accuse decent people of crime.

Don’t know if they’re on a budget or what, but they have a 5 or 7 sauces limit on orders even if you have a large order. I have been coming here for years and recently the employee have had horrible customer service and get mad when you ask for sauces even if they are the ones that forgot them. I asked for my sauces to a drive through worker (cause they forgot it) and a manager yells out to not give us more sauce. Very embarrassing experience, super cheap store with a sauce budget or something?? Can’t really think of another explanation? Rude in general and overall 0/5 experience.
