Two lines? Better hope you get in the right one. 4 cars that arrived after me were proudly served before me. NEXT!! The chicken sandwich tasted and smelled funky. They forgot my milkshake. So I called them ASAP to tell them that I was coming back for it. They told me I had to wait 2days for an email before I could get the shake that I paid for. I thought this has to be a mistake. So I drove back to the restaurant with my receipt and was told the same thing, no shake no refund!! It’s been almost a week now and still no resolution. They can be kind to someone else, I’m DONE!!

As usual, what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Food is delicious as always. Always a go to option for us. Just remember, you can’t get the Lord’s Chicken on Sunday. It’s my pleasure!

The drive thru system at this location is amazingly efficient. I don’t know why the food does not taste quite as good as my local Chick-fil-A but I’d still recommend.

This Chic-fil-a was nothing short of excellent! Customer service was great per usual for this establishment, but the food at this location was fresh and crafted to perfection. The spicy deluxe was perfectly crispy on the outside with a juicy tender interior. The combo of lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese captivated my taste buds in every bite. Definitely coming back to this location! Five stars!

Always such a great experience when I go to this location. It was my good friend Luke’s birthday. As a result they brought out some tasty treats and sang happy birthday. Way to go Chick-Fil-A! Levon is the man!

I normally always love chick-fil-a but the last few visits haven’t been great. I’ve had burnt sandwiches and several Salads without dressing or the toppings that go with it. They are always nice and maybe it should be my job to check before I leave but it’s just not what I’ve come to expect from them.

I ordered the Cobb salad which is my favorite! It used to be served with beautiful tender spring lettuce greens. Recently, it has changed to a tough green lettuce that is difficult to chew! There are lots of stems with no lettuce that are hard as well. I don’t mind paying almost $10 for a good salad but tough lettuce with stems, I have a problem with!

Who would have ever thought I would have to give a negative review for CHICK FIL A! We live within walking distance of this store but we will likely not return and will drive 15 min out of the way for Chick fil a when the kids want it! We went for the first time in a few months due to our last bad experience and had a similar one. Tonight one kid wanted icecream, the other wanted the toy in the kids meal. Get up to the window and check my order… because anytime you order from this store, you must check or it’ll for sure be wrong. Anyways. No kids toy. I tell the kid at the window and he makes me hand me the bags back and says well it says “no toy” on here and I said well, that’s not what I said. He then proceeds to tell me he will have to charge me for the toy if that’s ok.. I say of course that’s not ok because I ordered it and it comes with the meal. Finally someone overheard this (assuming manager) and walks over begrudgingly and gives me the toy. I look at my receipt… there is no price difference in the two kids meals.. so what was he trying to charge me for? My last experience they also messed up and didn’t want to make it right either without having to “charge” me. Oh and because the kid at the drive thru didn’t repeat my order back, it was my fault. He should have repeated the order back and I should have corrected him. This store gives major ick! Tired of being treated disrespectfully and like an annoyance when we go. Also, good luck making a complaint…. Can’t even speak to the store, it gets “forwarded” with no time frame of when you can expect to hear from anyone. Sad that this location gives the brand a bad name.

The Blue Ash location is ALWAYS clean and the staff is friendly! I purchase from there often and each time the service is stellar, the food is hot, and the restaurant is clean, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere! I highly recommend them!
