As always chic-fil-a never fells to deliver. All locations have the same great atmosphere. Same great food. Same great service. Its hard to find fault in this company. They found a perfect business model and ran with it. This location is top notch. The only thing I would find to be a negative is the parking lot, its small and hard to get into. Obviously cant lose stars for that. Maybe this location was built before the chic-fil-a craze.

The drive thru lines move quickly, the staff are fast and courteous! They’re always so polite! The food is great! We do however prefer curbside, we place our order through the mobile app, and our food is usually brought out to us in less than 15 minutes depending on the level of business. The longest time we have waited was no longer than 20 minutes! They’re fast paced, and their food is great!

Went to get diet lemonade… 3 ea. Ready order. Got thru the drive thru order and up to where you pick it up. 5 care behind us received their orders before our drinks. They all had food…. We only had drinks. After 10 minutes waiting, I had to get out of the car to go to the door where they bring food out. The drinks were just sitting there. Usually the service is great. This time is was ridiculously bad

The family loves going to CFA. They are extremely efficient. We always get quick, friendly service of delicious food. I took points for the atmosphere because they are so focused on delivery and online orders that they only have 5 available parking spaces for dine-in, and it’s a pain having to walk from the adjacent parking lots when those couple spaces are unavailable.

The experience has gone downhill in recent years. For a restaurant famous for it’s chicken the customers are wrangled not unlike cattle. Move em on through. Dining in feels like you are intruding on kitchen, as there are often more employees on the floor than customers. The kids play area too, has been removed and replaced with an off limits staff lounge. There is no dedicated space to stand and wait for your order, and you instead end up apologizing to a dozen employees coming to and fro, or excusing yourself to customers, being the the path of the bathroom. 90% of the exterior parking is either taken up by employees, or marked as being for pickup orders only. The food has slipped just a bit, but still good. It would be a win, if the experience of eating here outweighed the slip, but I begin to feel as if it does not.

Definitely E-town’s go-to chicken stop. I was shocked to see so many lanes for ordering and when you enter the building it’s no different. In fact, I felt like livestock on a farm being fed in a system designed for scale and profit.

The food and service is good. The real issue is the turn into the restaurant. Constant traffic problems. I wish they cared more for the people just trying to go down the street as much as they care about the service. Accidents waiting to happen. Can’t stand going near the place.

Only giving 4 stars because it was so busy that I couldn’t get into the parking lot. We had to park in the mall lot and walked across the street. As always, food is good and service was fantastic. Restaurant is clean for how busy they kept it clean.

I was there 20 minutes in the drive through and no one came to asked me what my order was. The spelled my name wrong I gave them the name of Sam. Then they got my drink wrong and they argued with me that is what I ordered. I would understand if they where busy the 20 minute wait but when I got there there for 6 cars. So now I paid $4 for a $2 drink.
