I ordered only biscuit and hash browns. Paid around $5.5. Check my receipt late, and I was charged for Chicken Biscuit (& hash browns), and I got Egg Cheese Bacon Biscuit. Messed my order up pretty bad.

Food was good. The only problem was the workers. I got 3 meals for my family and every time I told Jordan what the next item she would sigh as if it was a burden I was giving her. My wife wanted some nuggets but they were out, also no tenders, just chicken sandwiches. After I asked her if they were making any more she just sighed and walked to her coworker and whispered in her ear. She promptly left and the new worker came and took my order. Second girl was really nice although they still got my order wrong. At least I had a meal voucher from my delayed flight that I got to use cause the service was subpar.

After arriving 2+ hours late on my flight I was hangry. I was happy to see a Chick-fil-A in my terminal. Regardless of what Chick-fil-A restaurant you go to the staff is friendly, Food is excellent and delivered fast. This one did not disappoint. Big shootout to Robin & Zoe for turning my frown upside down with their upbeat & friendly attitude.

Us and about 20 people were in line and the staff was paying zero attention to anything, one guy who looked like he was 11 had this guy walk up and said they forgot his drink and pointed at a drink that had been sitting on the counter for a while and asked if it was his. The 11 year old shrugged and said its probably yours and walked off. We watched about 10 people get their orders wrong. We ordered a lot so it makes a little more sense but they forgot a whole meal and fries. Also no chic fil a sauce. Really bad customer service, just go to a different restaurant, save 25 min of waiting in line

I’ve never given chick fil a a bad review but today was god awful. When food was available they yelled names and threw bags on the counter. No staff member wanted to make drinks . I NEVER got my food. It took about 30 minutes. I had to board the plane. It has never taken anywhere near that long. Never thought I would say this but I miss McDonald’s.

The Chick-fil-A in terminal B at CVG is the slowest Chick-fil-A in the entire world!!! Been here 32min and still don’t have my food yet! Hire some more people!!!!

WORST CHICK-FIL-A experience ever. Completely failed my order. The order took 20 min. The person who ordered 10 min after me got her order first. The order was incomplete. Worst of all, when I raised it to the employee, she gave answered back rudely like it was my fault. I can’t believe this is the standard chick-fil-a is at now. What a disgrace, a disappointment, and an embarrassment to the chick-fil-a name. Whomever is the owner, do your job! If not, open a McDonald’s.
