This place is normally on point, but not sure what distractions were at play tonight to get my order wrong. I ordered 3 count chx strips and received the nuggets. I didn’t get no chic fil la sauce. Think I paid more for my meal than food received. I checked didn’t realize the strip box is red vs white. Now I know cause I never order nuggets.

Out of all the stores in area I been to over the decade or so, this one was always worst one, if there is a such thing as worst one. The store has changed for the worst, and I wouldn’t think that would happen. Chik cost the most, they pay the most for work and they have the best food. It’s really not making sense why these workers are so screw-faced.

I was truly impressed by my lunch in experience June 9, 2023. The drive thru was the usual wrap around the building, but the inside was fast and attentive service. The food was Chick Fil A, but my salad was fresh and chilled and the chicken was warm. All of the employees, even those who were not directly responsible for me were attentive and greeted me warmly. They fully observed the signature Chick Fil A to table service, including drink refills and trash removal. They also didn’t begrudge that I wanted to spend a little time after my meal to sit at the table. The cleaning staff was also on point and with great attention to detail. Experiences like this make me feel a little Southern Charm has made its way to Memphis.

I stopped by the Winchester location on my way to work. I ordered the Market Salad and asked for 2 Avocado Ranch dressings. When it was time for me to go to lunch I wasn’t able to eat due to absolutely no dressing in my bag. By me working 2nd shift which is 4:30pm -3:30am I take a late lunch and I wasn’t able to eat my food nor order from anywhere else. I’ve tried calling thw store ans they haven’t been reachable for thw past hour.

Just a regular chick fill A. I grabbed my dinner from drive through. It was late evening, and so not much crowded. I got myself a southwest salad. I had to wait at the window for about 7-8 minutes to get the salad! The salad was fine, nothing fancy but fresh and filling.

What an awful experience. I placed an order through UberEats for a market salad with 2 apple cider vinaigrette dressing. I received the wrong dressings…one Light Balsamic Vinaigrette and one Garden Herb Ranch.

There is only one thing that I go to Chick-fil-A for and that would be for the ice cream cones. It’s the only place that has the old home made ice cream flavor that I used to eat when I was younger. However the first time I had gone to this location the ice cream machine was down because someone said that the machine had caught on fire recently and waiting on someone to repair the machine. So I’m still going to rate this restaurant with 5 stars because I came back 2 days later to see if they had fixed it yet and guess what, it was fixed and I walked out a satisfied customer. Great job on the turnaround time, I was impressed!

Chick-fil-A is normally on point. Every time I go everything is great. The 2 times I’ve ordered for delivery something is always missing or incorrect. I don’t recommend ordering for delivery from here.

I must make certain to check my order from now on. I was sure that it would be correct but sadly it wasn’t. I ordered two scrambled eggs with a slice of American cheese, that was repeated multiple times, and a sausage patty, which was repeated multiple times. I was surprised that decaffeinated coffee is not an option, it should be, I asked twice and the person taking my order via the drive thru said that it isn’t. I ordered regular coffee anyway just because I had a taste for coffee. My order was incorrect. After stating my order to the order taker and having to wait at the pickup window, she apologized, it was incorrect. Shredded cheese, which tastes awful, was on the eggs instead of sliced American cheese. Urggh! The person who prepared the ordered should have checked so should the person who bagged the order and the person who gave it to me at the window. I had pulled off and left before taking the order out of the bag and discovered it was incorrect. Too late to return en route to work. The one time that I wanted breakfast it was incorrect. I am not a frequent customer of Chick-fil-A and after this morning I will cook breakfast at home.

Ate at this location for lunch during a soccer tournament in the Memphis area. It was very crowded and busy but ordering was easy and the order was out relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I wouldn’t hesitate visiting this location again if I were in the area.
