Does Chick-fil-A is doing a fantastic job. It is clean the staff are courteous and professional and definitely go the extra mile. Our food was perfect and fast. I could not ask for a better experience. Possibly most importantly but if not definitely at the top, their playplace is open and that is sadly becoming rare for Chick-fil-A’s at least in our area. Thank you to the owner for keeping this for our families!

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Never thought I would have a bad experience with any of their locations. My chicken minis were cold and I didn’t even have to drive far. Quick service at the drive thru order section. Service at window was a tad slow and person at window had a dirty shirt. Chicken minis were perfect, but my husband’s chicken biscuit was below par for some reason. Said it tasted more like one from McDonald’s in the middle, and not the normal high-quality chicken of CFA. Frosted coffee was considerably melted when I got it. Hopefully just an off-day as the service here is normally very good in both hospitality and food.

4.5* We ordered online pickup when approaching the area (traveling through)- quick service in the drive through. Staff was friendly, they left out part of the order though, so we had to run in and grab it. Thankfully we were parked to eat anyways. Food was delicious though. I got the Cool Wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch and a side Fruit Cup. Just a reminder to always double check your bags before pulling away.

They messed up my order and I came all the way back in to ask them just for my corrected food and they wouldn’t get me breakfast even though it was their mistake because it was after 10:30 and then offered coupons instead of a refund.. they did give me a refund after asking but all I really wanted was my food.. I ordered Chicken Minis and instead of that they gave me 2 hash browns… I just feel like they could have just made me some… it’s all I wanted. I tried calling before to see if they would and the number only takes you to a corporate person who won’t connect you to the store.

Today was just one of several times that we have done curbside pickup. We waited in an almost empty parking lot for twenty minutes, with no recognition that our food took forever, then got home (5 minutes) to food that had clearly been sitting out for at least 15 of those minutes. The fries were stale and cold, the bread on our sandwiches were very soggy, and our two frozen drinks were completed melted and very sloppy (pictured).
