The worst chickfila in the chattanooga area. They don’t know how to regulate mobile orders, my food is always cold, i always have to ask for sauces when they’re supposed to be in the bag for mobile orders. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in this team.

I really don’t like this location. It’s really hard to get your drink refilled. They make a strong effort not to make eye contact with you to avoid getting the refill.

Doesnt have mac n cheese. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me no pickles . Took nearly 10 mins to get a cup of pickles. Which only had 2 pickles in it. By then my food was cold.

The food is decent and is about the same price if not cheaper than most of the standard meals at the other restaurants in the mall, so there’s that to consider. I don’t really care about their stance on anything because it doesn’t change their service or food quality. Everything is pretty standard here very basic tasty food, customer service is average.

It’s the mall food court. Not the greatest atmosphere. For some reason, they were behind on orders and it took about 10 minutes to get a order of nuggets and tea. I’m not sure if that’s normal at this location.
