It’s a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts…..Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and “my pleasure”. Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

So there’s a chik fil a inside Northgate. They have chicken nuggets, grilled nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and of course waffle fries. Very courteous, very professional, clean and fresh food. I will say spicy chicken wasn’t very spicy but it still tasted good.

I ordered 6 milkshakes for my family 31 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here waiting to receive them…. The restaurant is not busy. Are they in the back having to milk the cows by hand and turn the cream with a bucket themselves? Seriously, this is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

Not very pleased with this location. Service is not consistent with the brand at other locations. They don’t welcome you in or thank you for business. Which I found very odd.
