I ordered a medium nugget tray last Saturday for my son’s birthday party (for the following day) and completely forgot to pick it up. I remembered at 9:15 pm, 15 minutes after Chickfila closed. Knowing they’re closed on Sundays and there would be no way to get the tray, I thought the food plans for my party were ruined. I drove there anyways, admitted my mom-fail and begged them to give me the tray. In true Chickfila fashion, they were happy to help me and it was “their pleasure”. They really came through for me, even after hours. Thank you Chickfila for being the BEST!

The best chick-fil-a in Tennessee hands down. Friendly professional staff and the food is always exactly as you order it. We’re noticing a lot of chick-fil-a stores are starting slip on performance and professionalism in other areas but not this one. The owner of this store should give the Clarksville Chick-Fil-A on Madison street a lesson in how to run a restaurant and how to vet their employees. Bravo guys.
