Chick Fil A customer service has declined tremendously at every location I’ve gone to. My order has been wrong the last three times I’ve gone. I’ve deleted the app at this point. Today I got my food and my order was wrong. After them remaking my food and receiving the correct order, the food still was not good. Go at your own risk. It’s just not the same anymore. 3/10 I would not recommend.

I was highly disappointed. With the mid plaza location downtown. Today was the first time I was told they couldn’t fry my tenders hard per my request. Manager stated they have to cook them only for a period of time and he couldn’t help me. I work across the street, so I frequent there often. Today will be my last time going to that location.

I used to love Chic Fil A but now they are almost right with all others in reference to customer service. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal with egg and cheese.. Walked in the cold to get my food. ( my fault I didn’t check) but normally I don’t have to. Picked up order , got back to the office and it was completely the wrong order with my name on it! I was upset but was like ok. I cant eat this. I called and a manager stated that they were sorry and if I could come back. No, I cant and its cold and raining! He said he would just put in on my rewards for a free meal of the same kind and asked all my information, even said he pulled it up. I was satisfied with that although my hunger wasn’t cured. Today I went to order breakfast again and it wasn’t anything there on the reward. I said I will just order again this time, pay on app and tell them when I get there but they were extremely busy and I had to get back to the office. I called and told someone about it and they wanted me to hold for a manager to explain it all over again. I was like, NVM, its too much for a 11 dollar meal to have to keep explaining this over and over again. This isnt the first time but the 1st time at this location. I used to think highly of this company but now Id rather go elsewhere.
