Every food experience I’ve had at this location, at least three times, has been awful. Chicken tastes more like plastic than usual. The fries are always too soft and unsalted, most recent visit they were white and almost translucent; I don’t know how well you can tell in the picture. Their soda has been disgusting lately, too.

Got breakfast this morning and while my sandwich was hot and fresh, I was truly disappointed that they would actually give me this box of crumbs and think it was okay to serve someone. We are people not animals, these “hash browns” is not what you serve someone, it’s what you scrape off and throw away. Both my husbands meal and mine looked like this.

I ordered a chicken biscuit meal at 10:26 and they taunted me with the promise of the sweet chicken biscuit. The team leader taking my order even said “you would have hated coming here Saturday, we ran out of biscuit mix that morning”. Her reassurance of the proper stocking of biscuits on this once fine Monday morning, quelled my fears of not receiving my chicken biscuit. But not 5 minutes later I was told the news that they no longer had biscuits. I feel devastated. What made it worse is the fact that the man that ordered a chicken biscuit after me, got his. A small saving grace is that they replaced my order with a chicken sandwich meal at the cheaper price of the chicken biscuit meal. But the point still stands, they did not keep their promise of breakfast before 10:30.

I go to this location often. They are Always on point. Everything is hot and fresh and quickly made. Service is excellent. The line looks really bad but it moves FAST.

Why in the world would you switch the curbside!? Dumbest idea ever in my opinion. This place will now get double crowded bc you have to now go thru the drive through line to get to the curbside…..☠️

I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for about 2 years and my food has always been good and there Customer service was good. Up into the point of tonight When all I wanted was a cobb salad with a modification had to wait about 25 min for my food the first time.Then had to get my salad remade which came out wrong again I asked for a manager and all he did was remake another salad which was another 25 min wait after all the back and forth and all he could say was would you like for me to refresh your beverages I was so shocked and mad because my husband was super late for work after this all the cars went by us plus new ones and we were still there.I have been in resturant business for over 10 years and would have handled it way different I would have made both meals fresh plus gave the customer a give card to come back for the inconvenience you want to solve a issue to keep ppl coming back and that was not the way.I do not leave reviews at all but I was really upset,now my husband is eating Soggy fries a cold sandwich and late for work.I left a 2 star because I had good service in the past up until tonight I now my view may not matter to most because everyone love Chick-fil-A but I won’t come back.By the way I did eat any fries they gave us the fries like that they were so oily and almost empty.

Worst Chick fil A we have ever been in. Bathrooms were nasty. Spit left in sink. We took the last napkins. No employee was happy to be there and it showed. No was in line inside. They took our order and we stood waiting for 14 minutes. Literally watched employees just standing around. Awful place and will never go back.

Just left with my family of 7. After receiving our order, which was efficiently and accurately provided, our car would not start because it was out of gas. This location at 10620 W. Colonial provided THE definition of above and beyond service. They came out to provide assistance. Our car was half in the park spot and half out which kind of blocked traffic in their parking but no one was rude to us. Everyone tried to help in either pushing the car or thinking of ways to override the system that was giving us trouble, offered to bring my husband to the gas station, the workers and management even offered us drinks while the kids and I waited for my husband to come back with gas. We thanked everyone at the location but I want everyone to know that this location exemplified all that Chick-fil-a advertises themselves as being. Thank y’all again!
