Grabbed a quick bite to eat while moving my son in at college. Love this place and I have never not had a good experience at a Chick-fil-A. The best thing they did was add mac and cheese it is the best!!!

Chic fil a at Addie’s is a spectacular place. Food is great as always, staff is helpful and friendly, the store is clean and spacious. I was also just chatting with the general manager and that was a delight. If you’re around the area, stop on in for some delicious food and friendly people!

Cool newer design. Longer eating area, lots of seating. Definitely more set up to handle takeout mobile orders. Double drive through line with covered section to get food. No play area. Food was hot and accurate during dinner rush. At least 20 people working behind counters filling orders.

Someday Today
Nice place but had an unpleasant experience today. Ordered iced mocha which was just a small cup mostly filled with ice that I paid almost $4. Asked the manager who sold and made the drink to help me, he absolutely refused, but first lied that they don’t serve coffee anymore ( 1pm). I don’t know his name, he is not a tall young man. Anyway, what I was asking was just a half a cup of regular coffee to dilute all the ice I had. Never again will be purchasing iced drinks and don’t recommend to anyone, don’t overpay for coffee which is just full cup of ice.

This is the best fast food establishment around. Very friendly staff and super quick service. They have many people working at peak times to keep the lines moving. Many different options to get food quickly. The restaurant is comfortable and very clean. They have members that come around and clean and make sure you have everything you need. Management at this site is outstanding!

Always get good food and service. Yesterday bought three sandwiches and large fries. Asked for sauces and got one tiny package of mayo, one tiny package of chick FIL a sauce and one package of ketchup. I don’t appreciate the stingy portions of sauce since I dropped over 20 bucks for the food. If it happens again I will buy food somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this place ever since its inception. Today just now someone cut me off in the drive-thru lane as I was about to pick up my prepaid order. The person took several minutes to complete the order as both the employee and the girl that cut me off kept looking back at us in laughter. The employee in the lane next to us felt bad at first, but kept taking orders in his lane, but leaving us unattended for several orders afterwards. Requested to speak to the supervisor that’s working tonight in hopes to share my frustration and get compensation for the horrible experience. The supervisor denied compensation when I only asked to get 1 free Large fries. I will never return to this disrespectful establishment until I hear from someone in corporate or customer service to get my compensation for the inhumane treatment and a full refund to I order I placed that I never received. Not expecting any apologies but it would be fair.

It never fails. Every time I come to this Chik-fil-A, it makes me feel like I’m the guest of honor. The Staff is so kind and incredibly helpful. I don’t always eat out and coming here, they are never rude when I can’t remember what’s on the menu. Instead, they ask what I like and offer what they think I might like. And not just to get me to order something quick. They give me MULTIPLE options to make sure I get something I’ll really like. If they are ever having a bad day, one can’t even tell. Their smiles seem genuine and even on days where it’s blazing hot, they still take the time to respect their costumer in not rushing them. Truly a very welcoming staff.

I love Chick-fil-a! My only issue is that every time I order in the drive thru, my order is always wrong. I do not mind the rude staff but what I do mind is an incorrect order. Unless you fix the issue, Me and my family will never dine here again!

Nothing is ever just perfect here but that being said there isnt many places like this that come as close to perfect as chic fil a and this particular establishment has always pleased my kids and I when dinner needed to be fast and delicious. My kids prefer grilled nuggs as do I with the sandwiches , grilled is the way to go!
