I’ve gone to many chik fil an and my average bill is 50-60$ which isn’t cheap by any means. I’m eating with my family and in my 30 piece nuggets there is a huge hair wrapped around one of the bottom nuggets, so we are half way done eating at this point. GROSS!! It’s enough to make you gag!!! I call and tell them what happened and they say thank you for bringing it to their attention 3-4 times and didn’t say anything else as if they were trying to get me off the phone and didn’t really care. I know this stuff happens but it’s gross regardless. Also to be honest they need better customer service, I know it sounds shocking but highly disappointed from a franchise of this caliber.

This is by far the WORST chick-fil-a I have ever visited. We got to the restaurant with plenty of time to order and eat before they closed. But, we had to end up waiting nearly 15 minutes for our food. Then, at literally 9:02 pm the manager came over and told us to leave the restaurant!! Of every restaurant I’ve ever visited, this one takes the cake for rude, inconsiderate management. If they were all like this they wouldn’t be in business. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very popular fast food restaurant that is incredibly average. Their chicken sandwiches are beaten by Culver’s and Pop Eyes, for sure. The waffle fries are always plain with a little salt and are rather bland. Buffalo sauce is too sweet – needs more heat.

I needed a catering order and the earliest time for pick up online was 7:30 am, but I needed it a bit earlier for a meeting. I inquired at the store in Port Charlotte FL. Wendy Leslie was so friendly. She stated they would try their very best but could not guarantee it to be ready at 7:15 am. I put in the order and hoped for the best. She called me at exactly 7:15 to tell me my order was ready! I was just about to pull into the parking lot. She was so gracious and accommodating! I didn’t have to wait at all. My order was bagged up and ready to go. Incredible customer service. Wendy should be recognized for going above and beyond. The food was delicious too.

After spending 14 minutes in the drive through to receive a chic deluxe meal….I open my chicken sandwich and was met with a disappointing surprise…a piece of chicken breast smaller then the piece of tomato on it, at least 1/2 the size of what it should have been. Very disappointing, kitchen staff should be embarrassed. Quality control, disappointing. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this location again. Supervisor on duty notified. No manager on duty when I called.
