The wholegrain bun sound like a healthy idea but it’s not great way to enjoy a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich.

At first it was great but time has passed the quality has as well. No longer able to order hash rounds with out getting a soggy mess. The biscuits are inedible and now the only saving grace the chicken minis have fallen off as well. It was good while it lasted.

Food quality was good. And the staff was friendly. However, I was waiting for a while at the table expecting my my simple order to come. I returned to the counter. They said they lost my order. They eventually delivered my order to the table. It was missing the sauces. So they had to go back to get those again.

This location is consistently wrong. I ordered two chicken biscuit sandwiches for breakfast and there was NO CHICKEN on the sandwiches. This is the 3rd time this has happened! With how expensive things are now, I would expect it to at least be correct. How in the world does a chicken place consistently forget to include the chicken?! Do not visit this location unless you want a massive headache and a biscuit with just cheese on it for $10.

I am used to the west waters location and the great customer service there but we decided to try this one since it was less crowded. Our first visit there was nice and we dined in enjoying the electric train that runs around the top of the dining room so we decided to come back and make it our regular. That was a mistake, the first instance we got a sandwich which was dried out and half the size of normal more like chicken jerky but the other ones were ok so figured it was just a fluke and let it go. The next time we waited for almost 15 minutes on our take out order and then after getting back home found that a sandwich was missing, we called and they said to come back and get the other sandwich, so my wife had to leave the the family having dinner to go get the sandwich and they offered nothing to compensate for their mistake until she asked and all they would do is give a cookie for the inconvenience of having to miss dinner with the family and let her fries get cold while she had to make another trip down there and back which took about 20 minutes plus the expense of gas all because of the incompetent ill-mannered staff at this location. Save your self from the slog through a sea of trouble , disappointment, and inconvenience of dealing with inconsiderate maladroit employees who don’t believe in making things right after their mistakes cause you trouble and waste your time .

Incompetent staff can’t get orders right despite giving them way too many chances. Don’t think that it’s a fluke or 1 time accident when they screw up. I went back to the counter to tell them what was wrong and they still got it wrong trying to fix the mistake. I asked them if they had to fail a test to work here and he responded “we didn’t have to take no test” . ..doesn’t that just say it all ! Here is what to expect at this location : sandwiches and complete meals missing from order, ask for 3 types of sauce and get only the type you didn’t ask for, ask for extra pickles and you’ll get no pickles, ask them to fix your order and they will bring another wrong item out. Expect an apology or something extra for your inconvenience and you’ll get a lame excuse. My guess is that if they gave a free item for every mistake they made, they would be bankrupt in a day. Hopefully this location improves before it ruins the good reputation that Chic FIL a has earned. If someone who never ate at Chic FIL a went to this location for their first experience it would make such a bad first impression on the company that they may never give it another chance.

We ordered extra crispy waffle fries at the drive thru. The person taking the order said they could do that. When we got the waffle fries they were cool and barely cooked all the way through. So I took the fries back into the store and the manager said it was corporate policy not to do extra crispy fries because of Covid and she just replaced my cool fries with warmer fries, still barely cooked. We went home and put the fries in the oven to get them to taste better. I googled why Chick-fil-A did not serve extra crispy fries anymore and the response was that it was up to the individual stores, not a corporate policy (First lie). That the stores do not cook extra crispy anymore because it takes extra time to cook the fries thus slowing down the “fast foodness” of the store (Second Chick-fil-A lie not Covid as claimed). No more Chick- fil-A fries for me. Maybe no more Chick-fil-A for me. I always felt they were overpriced. I went there because I was honoring their Christian attitude, but lying is not very Christian to me.
