Food is good if the line attendant takes the order correctly and the people at the window give you the right sauce. Juliana I think was her name did not get the drink we wanted on the ticket. She looked at us like a deer in headlights when we asked for lemonade and she said to tell the people at the window that they would fix it. Felt like she just wanted to push us through even though there was no line at 7:20 pm. I asked for honey mustard the window gave us honey bbq my moms polly sauce wasn’t in the bag either. They just threw what ever sauce in. The drink wasn’t even on the order. Made me feel bad when we got to the window and asked about the drink that they forgot to hand us. Nope it wasn’t on the order at all. Service has declined food is still fresh at least.

I was a little confused when I went through the drive thru on 4/26/23 at about 4pm. Usually the employees are very attentive. Not so much this time. 3 of the employees were carrying a conversation leaving us guessing if they would take our order or not. We continued to pull up in the line when one of them finally came to take our order. Unfortunately that person did not realize the person in front of us had not ordered. With that person in front of us also being confused she just sat in her car not moving. All this caused was a back up in line. We could not go around because we were blocked.

They took my order wrong, then they gave me the milkshake without cream and cherry. They also did not give me the sauces that I asked for, neither the receipt to check my order on what I paid for. I love Chick Fill A, but the attention I received today at this location was horrible.

Staff member Dani was rude with her response when I advised her our items were missing. We were missing 3 items. She asked to see the receipt multiple times. There were other staff members with the same disapproving disposition and they all seemed unwilling to help. Dani even made us give her our bag for her to check if we were telling the truth. It was insulting, embarrassing and made for the worst experience I’ve ever had a chick fila. The team was very unorganized. Additionally, I ordered over 4 meals. They gave me two sauces. When I asked for more they didn’t want to give it. Awful experience and that entire needs to be retrained. This is not the service I expect or over pay for food from a fast restaurant that is supposed to be known for elite service. Felt like I was at Burger King.

This has the slowest drive through Chick Fil A . I don’t understand how they can only have one person, one line for such a busy restaurant? I prefer to drive further to the one on University just because it’s much faster !

The last 3 times I came here to eat, an item seems to always be forgotten. For example, ordered Mac and cheese, did not come with a fork. Ordered a drink with meal, did not get straw. Ordered a meal and did not get sauces this time. I don’t have issues elsewhere. I will need to start checking the bag to make sure all items are there before driving off.

Order was brought out incorrect. I did not realize it until I arrived to my destination. I called the store and was only able to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail with my call back number and transaction ID # and have not received a call back.
