This place is DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a spicy deluxe I checked my sandwich there was a big piece of lint so I took it back they gave me another one, I examined the sand which, flip the lettuce over there was a DEAD FLY That’s 2 sandwiches contaminated in 2 minutes. Imagine what other people are experiencing in those sandwiches or eating without them knowing. Shut this place DOWN!

Rolando says the reason why my large fries is less than a mediam is because they shrink. And he says everytime I order it’s my duty to make sure a large fry is a large fry and not a large box. I’ll come back but u guys need to train this crew leader. Belittling customers is a BIG no no. Here’s the pictures I showed him u could understand why I’m irritated by his handling of the situation. Terrible terrible terrible location. Walk-ins can’t park because of the “double loop” that ends in a single lane. Residents can’t reach their own parking spaces. Finally, the two groups of teenagers that take the order and hand out food could not be more disrespectful and unprofessional. I got to hear about the “effed up” game at school and a girl who got a butt-whooping (I’m not putting the cuss words here) Then disagree about who would take our order. All this at my driver’s window. Shame on them. I suggest finding another location.

This wasn’t my idea of a medium fry, but this is what they gave me. If it was not spring break and didn’t take 30 minutes to drive back, I would. That is absolutely pathetic. I have always spoken so highly of chick fil a and have never had issues…. but this is unacceptable. Also the sauce I asked for was incorrect. Deff not returning here.

Ethan really saved the review I was about to leave for this location. These last two times we’ve experienced very long wait times for small, regular orders and the food was old and cold. This visit, Ethan made sure he personally delivered our order and ensured it was fresh. He upheld the Chick-fil-A reputation which was genuinely in danger at this location. If he’s not a manager already, he needs to be promoted.

I ordered two Cobb salads from the chic-fil-A on federal Hwy. Got home to eat the salad and noticed the lettuce was wilted turn the salad over and all of the lettuce was wilted. Look like they got the salad from the garage. All the manger could say is I’m sorry. I give you another one. No sir you won’t don’t want nothing from you but my money back.

Asked for a crispy breast spicy filet on my salad. Instead i recieved grilled but it wasn’t much meat on the salad after waiting so long to recieve my order. I had to send my order back. And not to mention my drink was so disgusting. I was very disappointed because it was about a 15 min drive there and back to not be satisfied. I asked for a refund but they just put more meat on the salad meat i never asked for in the first place but thanks.

This chic file A in Ft Lauderdale on Federal Hwy is DISGUSTING! Trash bags on table, trash overflowing, disgusting dirty tables. Bathroom floors full of urine. I talked with manager and he didn’t care and continued his business. I will never eat at this Chick Fil A. I sent the photos to Corporate and also filed a complaint to the county so they can inspect and see if any violations exists.

The food is always delicious. I ordered 2 Cobb salads, 5 piece chicken nuggets and 2 frosted lemonades. They forgot 1 salad and when they did bring it, it was missing a fork and crunchy red peppers. They also forgot to give me sauce for my nuggets. Even though they were so forgetful, everyone was still very pleasant.
