I went here for the chicken nuggets and chicken strips. I get the box only. The Sriracha sauce is my favorite. Then I get the fruit cup preferably the large I they have it. Drink is unsweet tea or diet coke. This location wasn’t so bad population wise. The line was much shorter than the lines in Miami. They need to better clean the restroom. Other than that, it was good

It was my first time trying Chic Fil A, we ordered 3x meals to go. It was busy as it was during lunch time. We got our order and drove home just to find that they didn’t give us a meal, they only gave chicken strips yet we paid for a meal. The food was tasty but we definitely got screwed over. Make sure to check your orders.

I’ve never had bad experiences with chick fil an until I went to this one. The first time I went I thought it was just a bad day for them but again the second time, same experience. They took over 20-30 minutes just to get my order (even when the line wasn’t long at all) and when I got my salad, both times, it was like 1/4th full of food and the berries were rotten. The people taking my order were kind of being rude too. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service this bad from CFA which is definitely surprising and upsetting.

It’s Chick-fil-A. The service is literally industry-leading in the fast food world. The food is extremely good (though competitors are finally catching up in this sense). This location is clean, the food is good, the service is superior. Nothing much more can be said. If you’re looking for your Chick-fil-A fix, go here. Except Sunday. Don’t go on Sunday or you’ll be very disappointed.

Ordered thru the app to beat the lines, like they advertise. This location places no sense of urgency on mobile orders. When I arrived, within 1 minute of my arrival, the app said my order was ready. Only the coffee was ready. There were several (7) other guest waiting for their food. After 15 minutes, I still didn’t have my food. This location is horribly managed. I did not see a manager on shift and I saw a bunch of team members, working but very inefficiently. Terrible location.

For the first time ever – Not good ! I have been to this location realistically over 100 times in the past three years- Almost always prompt – and the food consistently good- But not today – The drive thru line was very slow (unusual) and my sandwich was dry and cold(again unusual) . The Sprite has little to no flavor. But I understand everyone has a bad day – it’s just unusual from Chic-Fil-A ! Had I not been busy/late today – I would have turned around and gotten a new sandwich – 4/22/2023 Service approx-10:40AM (P.S. – My Dog had no complaints about his nuggets !)

The worst costumer service. Food prep shows how much they care. They charged me $16 for a $9 salad. When I asked why they said because I asked for the chicken on the side. Asking for a refund they took the salad back and tossed it the the trash in front of me. And have me a tiny salad with a pinch of ice cold chicken. And then charged me the $9. Every one here does not want to be here, making the entire experience upsetting. Save your money, and go to the many other options to eat nearby, or take a drive to a chick fil a that has happy employees.

Walked in for breakfast, busy as usual but wasn’t addressed for my order. I didn’t mine it and brushed it off but then I was skipped In line. Luckily, a trainee by the name of sheldon came in clutch and got me right. Real positive energy and felt a little better after this. Took a little longer than usual to get my food but hey, patience is needed..
