Consistency is why we love Chick-fil-A and this location does not disappoint. Employees are friendly, food is always hot. They might make a mistake once in a while, but I blow it off because the staff is so nice and they’re main goal is to keep the line moving no matter what time of day.

I am quite upset and dissatisfied with my order, they gave me 2 broken glasses, I lost the drinks without mentioning the disaster that caused, they did not put bacon on the hamburgers, they did not put the straws or sauces either. It’s unfortunate that the same thing always happens when we order through the drive thru. The quality of service has deteriorated.

The Chick-fil-A atmosphere and service is usually friendly and helpful. They are also known for expeditious service. I experienced none of these at this branch. Highly disappointing. The food was great as usual though.

Maria at the drive-thru 08/04/2023 3:35pm has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at chick fil a to the point of frustration. Allowed 6 cars to leave before giving us our order and then refused to give us any sauce with our orders even when we gave her back the bag so she can see for herself there was no sauce. Refused to give the runners any sauce for us as well. We had to eventually go inside for items we were missing. Completely defeating the purpose of us doing drive thru. Really would hate to use the racist card on Maria smh.

Everything I come to this particular spot it seems their get worse. The wait is longer only to still get cold and soggy fries. Lemonade never good its always watered down just taste like bitter water. Most of the time they chicken be too salty.

The chick fill a at this location has bad customer service. I never have problems at other locations when I ask for my chicken to be warmed. Nobody likes to eat cold chicken but today I had to since they refuse to make me one with warmed chicken .. other locations even ask how I want my chicken .. they stated the wraps are pre made in the morning that’s why they keep them cold .. they refused to make me a fresh wrap with warmed chicken after kindly asking.
