This place was HUGE! Even so, it was clean, well lit with very friendly and helpful staff. Not something you expect these days, but what a pleasant surprise! Order takers were delightfully well trained and courteous. The food was just delicious as expected. My friend’s chicken sandwich was just like the menu photo… mine? Not so much. The redheaded stepchild of sandwiches. Still was tasty. The restaurant was over-run with teenagers. So amazing to watch, young folks filled with hope, happiness and dreams. No better environment to enjoy a delicious meal. Great place to visit! We’ll be back.

If there was a minus Star I would have chosen it- I purchased more than $31 worth of chicken tenders through the Drive Through. When I checked the bag once home i was missing more than half my order but definitely changed for all of it. I call the store to be told they will not refund the missing items I would need to come back to the store “company policy we can only refund you if you have the app “… so you forget half my order and refuse to refund me. What kind of policy is that??? Scam and extremely poor customer service. I highly recommend not to go to this location

We were here from Tennessee for our son’s baseball tournament. Asked the manager if we could have some cups for the team, which he gracefully supplied. When I returned home, the manager had gifted me with free nuggets. Chik-fil-a has set the bar for customer service in fast food. Come join them McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King…..

This location consistently messes up orders at curbside making curbside irrelevant when needing to always go back inside for an issue. Claire the manager doesn’t seem to care about any customer service related issue as well. Hopefully the franchise owner Matt Beach can fix this however seeing as though the location will always get business – I doubt it.
