Excellent customer service experience! Went for dinner via the drive thru after a long day of travel for Spring Break. Was greeted by a friendly face and smile that took my order, allowed me to locate my payment details in my Chick-Fil-A app, so I could get my points. Received my order as soon as possible, got everything I order along with a proper amount of condiments. Would recommend this location for its large parking lot, friendly staff and delicious food. I screwed up and ordered to pick up my food at this Chic-fil-a, but was 15 minutes away at another. By the time I made it through Orlando traffic, my order was cold and shakes melted. The manager immediately offered to replace my order for free, when I said I would just repay for it. Even though this was my error. Can’t say enough about amazing service like this. I’d choose this location over all others for that reason alone, but the restaurant was cleaner and much easier to get in and out of. 10 Stars!

This location is going downhill I’m a loyal customer but I think I’m done supporting this location!! How hard is it to understand what the customer is requesting and to keep getting it wrong almost everytime I come is starting to be draining and time consuming! Manager I spoke to this afternoon seem to not care and wanted to be more confrontational then just correcting the order and reassure me this want keep happening! Salad also looked liked it was tossed in the air before giving to that should not be the presentation of my order after having to wait get it together or customers will start patronizing other business!!!
