Worse chikfila I’ve been to. Normally my experience with any chikfila is 4 or 5 stars. The fries were burnt, found hair in kids chicken nuggets, salad/lettuce was old and soggy. Management needs to review the cleanliness here.

I purchased a Cobb salad it had lots of hard chunks of lettuce. That’s why I give 2 stars the majority of my salad was hard chunks. Who wants to eat that? The customer service was excellent but please work on sorting through your salad or something with customers paying 10 bucks for a salad. This is how many hard chunks was left after picking through normal pieces.

This place is a good place to eat in the mall if you are hungry. The food is higher here than in the store front Chick-fil-A, but I suppose is convenient if you want chicken to eat. The move the line quickly, and you receive your food in a timely manner.

Ugh. This is what happens when whitewashed corporate America takes fried chicken and makes it into a fast food item. Is it good? Depends. The sandwich, yeah. It’s not super crunchy, it’s salted but not otherwise seasoned well, the bun is too soft and a little too sweet. It’s got the right texture combination, the pickle is perfect, and the chicken is perfectly cooked. Order this if you eat here. The breakfast sandwich is bad. The bread swallows the chicken and throws off the composition. The waffle fries are awesome. The place is amazing at getting people through the line but it ends up being a really long line. Victims of their own success maybe.

Wonderful staff, but the food…not their best work. Chicken looked like it was pounded flat, but when you bit down, there was very little chicken; it was mostly breading and grizzle. Nuggets were a little better, but not great. Location is super busy, long line, but it moves quickly.

The service is TERRIBLE. IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY YOU GO IN IT’S ALWAYS THE SAME SERVICE. SLOW SLOW I ONLY GO BECAUSE OF THE KIDS AND THEY ARE CLOSE BY. THEY HAVE ALL THESE PEOPLE WORKING AND IT TAKES TWENTY MINUTES TO GET A CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL AND A MILKSHAKE. TWENTY MINUTES LATER.
