This place seems to be run by teenagers nowadays. This location started out very strong and needs some help. Crazy long wait times. Waited on one item to be finished, but all the other items in the bag were ice cold by the time it was handed to us. Soggy cold fries and soggy bread on the sandwiches. Y’all can do better.

The staff is great. The service is as fast as possible with the amount of people who are usually there. The food is good. The parking lot either needs to be redone or they need to move. There is no reason to still be in such a tight space. But overall usually a good experience.

My only complaint is the way the staff is treated. They should not be standing directly in the sun during the extreme weather conditions. The customers are in a cozy vessel while they suffer. I think we can wait a couple minutes more for the sake of the employees health. Otherwise love this place.

I was on vacation and there was a heat advisory the day we went to this Chick-fil-A. It has an indoor play place which made it VERY busy. Standing room only. Service was excellent, food was made perfect to order, and they were still bringing food out, even though one third of the customers didn’t have tables. These employees rocked it!

Went through the drive through for a chicken mini tray. They said I had to order a day in advance for the tray…here’s the kicker: they could give me four 10-counts for $57 instead of 40 in the tray for $38. Make it make sense. There is no additional work, yet they wanted to charge me almost $20 more for the same product. I have been to multiple Chickfila restaurants in almost every state they have them in and have never had any issues until now. Really disappointed in the management here.

I’m have been a true Chick-fil-A fan, and always order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a “Dream”cone. I order online to save some time at the drive thru and to make it easier to move along. However, today was my second bad experience with the Palm Coast Chick-fil-A. Training a new employee during rush hour doesn’t make sense. Spending 15 minutes in the drive through so the trainee can get some experience doesn’t make sense, and being out of “Dream”cones doesn’t make sense. How hard is it to stock cones? Time to check out the other spicy chicken alternatives. I hear Panera Bread has a great spicy chicken sandwich.
