It’s not what I usually think of as a sandwich. It’s just a chicken burger. The sauce here is really delicious. Why is this brand famous? The kick here is sauce flavor. Why would Publix and Costco sell sauce? Everything in the world has a reason.

Food was good. Friendly service. Only thing I didn’t like is where the “mobile order” parking is located. When they bring your mobile order, you have to back out where the others are in the drive thru line. Everything was wonderful. This has nothing to do with this impeccable establishment. Love it!

This place, if you’re traveling you must stop! It’s a very very very busy shopping center. We parked behind the restaurant due to how busy it was. I wasn’t expecting much. In fact we only stopped here as we anticipated they’d have a kids play area, which is useful for car trips. They didn’t…. that said.. in true fashion of CFla, customer service is ON point. Amanda, the dining room manager approached our table a couple of times to check in, and chat with the kiddos…. she ended up challenging them to a rock paper scissors contest, where they ended up “winning” ice cream, which made their day!!!! Thank you, Amanda! Your enthusiasm is such a light!

My husband and I drove through this restaurant last Saturday around noon. Unfortunately, his sandwich was missing from the order. We had already parked at a different parking lot (as it was too busy to park and eat at Chick-fil-A). I called and told them what happened and said we would stop back into the store. BUT…they said they would DELIVER the sandwich to us (even though we weren’t in their parking lot). Amazing service!!! And the food was great!

So I come here at this location at least three times a week and the fries are never really great but today it was too bad so I asked for fresh ones and this is what they gave me and on of the works with burgundy braids scuffed at me

Ok so I have always ditched chick fill a because of the long lines. I used to laugh at people for even being in the long lines. Then for chicken nuggets??? I was envisioning nuggets like other franchises. I finally said I’m going to do it. Long line went amazingly fast. Chicken nuggets are real chicken breast pieces not mechanically made. Very impressed. Keep up the good work!!

Minus 1 star should be a choice. Unsafe entry for our 2 handicap passengers. So we used mobile app. What a joke. The mobile pick up area clearly not marked. Went inside to get order after notification it was ready. Chatting clerk slowed progress of line. Blocking our smooth transition to get our food order for 4. Went outside as directed. Circled building 2x. Stopped to ask outside CF attendants who directed us to move outside their “exit” lane. Their exit lane? The handicapped parking spots with clearly designated crosswalk to enter building. Clearly the Savannah Police didnt notice the parking spot violations. Never again.

It’s Chick-Fil-A, the food here is always great, and so is the service – usually. Fun playground area for kids, normal great quality food, but some of the staff at this particular restaurant can get a little too friendly with your spouse. Absolutely will not be bringing my wife back to this restaurant, quality of service and atmosphere severely lessened after one of the workers found out my wife was married with a kid.

If you have every been into Publix before a received their excellent customer service. That’s Chick-fil-A their customer service is great, food is always at the perfect temperature, and they atmosphere is always happy. This specific one is an A++.

The 2 lanes of order takers are before the menu boards!! Without knowing the menu, how can anybody know what to order? I’m not a regular fast food eater. Had I known they had grilled sandwiches I would have ordered one. Parking lot very congested, hence the bad atmosphere.
