I love how friendly and respectful the staff is. There was a client who became annoyed with a brief delay in his order. The staff at the counter was able to manage the situation, respond to his needs immediately, and he left with a free coffee for his wait. She ensured a happy result, and most likely the customer will return because of the respectful way he was treated. It was “my pleasure” to have breakfast at my favorite chicken restaurant!

To begin with, and make myself clear, I absolutely disgust their chicken. To me it tastes like plastic. Few years ago I used to enjoy their chicken soup, but then they introduced a new recipe. I visit CFA only occasionally for breakfast. And the muffins are both cheaper and tastier next door. So, 4 stars? They all go to the staff and management team. Excellent cleanliness, to levels I would consider impossible for a fast food restaurant, and smiling helpful staff of all ages, as opposed to the usual for fast food restaurant “standard” of only college boys and girls who cannot care less. If you can trust commercial quality chicken, this is the best place to have it.

On a road trip, 4 of us stopped at Chick-fil-A for dinner. 2 of us got milkshakes with dinner and the 2 of us that got milk shakes were sick for the rest of the night while driving a 12 hr road trip, an absolutely horrible experience. We are assuming it was the whipped cream. I’ll definitely not get another.
