HORRENDOUS service. Waited 20 minutes for a soup and side salad I ordered on the app. The bag was sitting at their station, ready to go the entire time. After 20 minutes I asked someone where my food was, and she brought the bag and said “sorry I didn’t realize it was there”. Do not recommend ordering food here.

As usual Chick fil A is great doesn’t matter where you get it. The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and in a short time we were enjoying our fix. This location is within the Georgia Mall food court. At times there could be issues finding where to sit to eat. However the cleaning staff quickly clean the tables and shortly after getting your food you can be enjoying it. The lines where short for weekend lunch and the waiting area was organized properly. All in all I recommend this location.

I went here one morning because I thought they served breakfast and what a mistake. So I went there and asked about a chicken biscuit because I didn’t have any food in my stomach and I was hungry and they were like “we don’t serve breakfast at this location, I’m so sorry.” I was disappointed because I was wondering what’s the point of opening so early in the morning when you aren’t going to serve breakfast, other than that; I won’t be going there again.

Seems to be very disorganized and not well managed. As a frequent customer, one becomes accustomed to the CFA quality and this location doesn’t represent CFA in a good way. It took 4 to 5 minutes between customers being called to order, so the short line still took forever. Of course, the food took a long while and was cold. Not what CFA taught us to expect.

I couldn’t tell if she said her name was Christy or Christine. I called her to let her know I placed a mobile order for breakfast but it was 10:26 and she informed me to check in as if I was at the restaurant. Then she made my order for me that way I wouldn’t miss out on breakfast! It was ready as soon as I got here at 10:40. What an amazing team member! Made my day 🙂
