It gets pretty busy sometimes, but there’s a good reason for that. The food is great, the wait isn’t bad, and the seating is very comfortable. It’s a nice place to stop with friends and grab a snack.

The queues were long, but the queues move relatively quickly. The tables were a little messy, but most of the establishment was clean and looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

I come here on most Tuesdays and Thursdays for lunch, and it is very busy, but the line always moves very quickly, and the food is always up to other Chick Fil A quality. Absolutely delicious.

I Love the Manager, and the line sometimes looks long between 5 and 7 but the service will be surprisingly fast! They take names on orders too, so you just have to listen for your name and you don’t have to remember and listen for a number to be called. It’s a great place, I have never had a bad experience, and if there are any problems then the employees will promptly take care of them with so much courtesy, it is wonderful to eat here no matter what time of day it is. And they clean the tables constantly after people leave, I Love it here.

Food is decent but the customer service is awful. The first time I went, I ordered two cookies and was told they had to bake and that it’d be ten minutes. I said that was fine. 35 min later, I still didn’t have cookies. I got them around 40 minutes from ordering. And they were watery and halfway baked. The second time I decided to treat a friend there who didn’t have any money at the time. I ordered two chicken sandwich meals. I was only given 1 meal. It took both my friend and I around 5 minutes of explaining to the girl there that I needed the other half of my order. She didn’t understand even when I showed the receipt and the bag. The third time, today, I got a chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, but the girl who served me was friendly and flirty with the guy before me and absolutely cold toward me. Last time I checked, customer service requires you to be nice to customers. If I did that at my job (retail for 4 years) I’d have been fired on the spot.

So like. I ain’t to mad but, sometimes the biscuits are a bit “over done” and or the chicken is a bit small and “over done”. The Minnie’s are the same. Its almost turned into a game as to which meal will be effected by over cooking and or quality error. However staff are pretty legit and it’s nice atmosphere 🙂

Outstanding customer service. We work with Chick-fil-A 1-2x per month supplying chicken biscuits to students and they ALWAYS provide great value, prompt delivery and a smile which, at 7 o’clock in the morning, means more than they could ever know.
