We went there a few times. The service is always excellent and overall it’s a nice experience. The staff are attentive and fast. Excellent customer service. I’m underwhelmed by the food. There is nothing wrong with it. The kids love it, just not what I expected, given all the hype about it. The kale crunch and I got along just fine, but that was it if I’m really honest.

Chick fila is not what it used to be. The quality of the food has deteriorated. The whole experience is no longer worth it. The drive thru lines are always too long and slow. Going inside the restaurant is not any better. I can no longer defend their food and the time wasted to get my food.

Its chic FIL A. Their service is always A1 consistently and across the board. Doesn’t matter what location. They are the standard of customer service. No one else compares. I wish they could teach other businesses for real. They show us everyday it can be done even in a pandemic. The rest of folks are just not vetted and trained properly. Its why there are so many issues at other places. All ‘Karens’ don’t be wrong. ♀️ Trashy customer service is a huge pet peeve of mine when I’m patronizing your establishment.

Do NOT order via mobile. Staff won’t place the finished orders on the shelf and completely ignore you if you are waiting directly in front of pick up and ping the app. This has happened twice in my last two visits and both times my food was actually sitting out on the counter beyond customer reach. Once I received my product the food was lukewarm and cashier gave me an attitude for reaching for my order after not being addressed for 10+ minutes. This wouldn’t have been an issue if your staff actually did their job and left my order on the shelf (as that’s the purpose of online orders). Trash.

My food was horrible and the wait was long. My bun wasn’t toasted but was cold as if they just took it out the wrapper and fixed my sandwich. My cheese was thrown onto my sandwich and was pretty much just in the box for me to place onto my sandwich.Mrs. Linda was the cashier and service was very slow and there was no line at all.
