It’s a little smaller chic fil a in dunwoody, but the best thing I like about this place is sauces. They put out the chic fil a sauces at utensils area(see pictures), so I don’t have to go up to the front to ask for more sauces. Please don’t take advantage of it by grabbing more than you need.

An institution in Dunwoody is Nell’s, owned and operated by a wonderful 90 year old lady and her family, offering fresh produce from a tent in the parking lot at Mt. Vernon and Jett Ferry from April to October. Unfortunately, the Chick-fil-A, apparently operated by Grant Wells, has inexplicably choosen to block access to her tent by parking their delivery vehicles next to her tent. There is plenty of parking elewhere, so is the action malicious? I don’t know, but I do know I will not be patronizing this Chick-fil-A location, and I doubt very much that the Cathy family would approve of the actions of their franchise holder. I will also mention that the quality of the nuggets is much lower than other locations I have visited, and the personnel are often surly and seemingly unhappy in their jobs.

I go to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week and it used to be a great location and it has truly gone downhill. Between the tenders, being all crispy and just full of fat to the biscuits being so hard and then today, just sent me off with giving my order to somebody in front of me and then expecting me to take that order once the people in the car in front of me have already gone through it. They “remade” it and left all the sauces out…. They have an attitude, and I am truly disappointed with how they are running this location now. It’s truly a shame

Chick fil as always a good choice for a post game baseball snack. Everyone at any location, any day ( but Sundays -Amen) treat you kindly and serve you with a smile. Loved my waffle fries and sun joy!! Thanks! It was our pleasure!

All Chik Ful A’s serve soggy fries. Get over yourselves if you can’t serve good fries! Super Chix fries are always fresh not soggy!

What can you say about Chick-fil-A? I got the side salad and a grilled chicken filet, added onions, cucumbers, cranberries and the roasted peppers with drizzled ranch and Oh My Goodness…sooo good!!!

My order is constantly wrong. You can never reach a manager on the phone to discuss the issue. I’m at work early, so I can’t just go back and talk to a manager. I will never frequent this location again. I will tell my Home Depot Associates not to either. I have given this restaurant , chance after chance.

Absolutely horrid location and company. The teens are all of 12 years old that work there…they teach nothing about customer. There’s absolutely no reason this line is forced to wrap around the building twice. Except people don’t want to be subject to even worse customer service inside.

This Chick-fil-A seems to always have it together. Two employees checked to make sure I was taken care of before they even clocked in! Impressive.

In the drive thru they now have people trying to get you to donte to a nonprofit while you’re waiting peacefully in your car! The last thing I want while I’m hungry and taking a moment to myself is to listen to someone’s pitch about their org. Beautiful mission I’m sure – but this is invasive and a huge overstep. I will avoid this drive thru!
