As expected, in a mall, the prices of the items are more costly than a stand alone restaurant. The staff was super friendly. We didn’t get a prize with the kid’s meal, but it seemed like they must not be prepared for that since it didn’t come in a kid’s meal bag. Other than that, the spicy chicken sandwich could’ve been spicier but overall satisfied.

I always order a Cobb salad with spicy crispy chicken and I get a Cobb salad with spicy crispy chicken. Well today your very ignorant and unhelpful order taker refused to serve me my specialty salad. Maybe she was ignorant to how to accurately do her job or maybe she was just rude. Whatever the case maybe that doesn’t seem like the chick fila way. She’s bad for business make her the dish washer or the trash person. Customer service isn’t her forte trash remover better suits her trash behavior and attitude. I’m good on chick fila you think in Atlanta you’d receive the southern hospitality that is raved about. I’m finding these southerners aren’t too hospitable.

The lady manager that was calling out the orders, she literally gave me a horrible attitude. And tells me I need to be sorry after her calling out my mobile order as Uber eats. Plus she gave me my food first then 10 mins later I get my drinks. Everything was handed to me poorly by her. The milkshakes was so full and spilling over and the top was open.
