I picked a mobile order up through the drive-thru and headed home. When I arrived home and opened my food, I noticed there was a bite taken out of the sandwich. I was in complete disgust to the point that I threw up. Additionally, there was melted cheese on it although I did not order cheese on the sandwich. I called the store, and the employee was very rude. When I described the situation to the employee, she acted like she couldn’t hear me. It seemed like she acted like she couldn’t understand me as if I don’t speak English although I am a fluent English speaking American. Finally, she handed the phone to the manager. She was also not much help because she said she couldn’t do anything unless I bring the sandwich back to the store. It was a huge inconvenience that I was already home and had to drive all the way back to their store. Once I got to the store, the manager gave me a refund and a replacement sandwich. Additionally, the manager told me she was in complete shock and had no words to resolve this matter. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who frequently orders from Chick-Fil-A and goes to this location weekly, I am very disappointed and sad to experience such unpleasant quality and service.

Can’t believe I’m posting this, like who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately me today. Super cold old hash browns had a stale taste, tea was horrible, and I still paid for it because I didn’t have time to wait on something else after waiting in line for my initial order. This location is always packed my first time stopping here very disappointed. Chick-fil-A as far as being a fast food restaurant they’re usually always on point but no no not here. New manager please because clearly we’re not hiring the right team because they’re most definitely dropping the ball I’m actually kinda in disbelief.

The kids are always so kind and polite. Nice to see that in the younger generation today. Some older folks can learn a lesson on what good and great customer service should be. Listen up older folks you mite learn something. . They act like they really enjoy their job. Keep up the good work guys, you really make my day when I come in there. I placed my order sitting at the red light literally not even 5 minutes later I was walking out their door , order in hand. The gentleman who gave it to me was very polite. The food was hot and fresh. I have never tried this location before but I think this is my new go to heading to work.

The young lady in the drive thru took my order and repeated it back to me so I know that the order was correct the problem started when I got to pick up my food I saw one of the crew members holding a 4 count chicken strips and placing it to the side then proceeded to pass my order when I left the line I checked my food and the 4 count item as missing from my bag I went back and they told me the young lady never put the order on there which is a complete lie because she repeated the order twice and I saw her put it in . I look at the receipt and it look like my meal was taken off and left with just the sides. Management should talk to the crew members that work drive thru 7/3/23 @3:30 pm stealing is wrong and you shouldn’t be working there if you’re going to play with customers food. It’s disgusting and childish.

I eat at this Chik Fil A almost everyday. And it’s not that I love ChikFilA that much it’s the people! The people are amazing! They genuinely care which is unusual in our times. The drive thru moves like greased ice, fast and slick! I have never…NEVER had my order screwed up. Granted I use the online app but I’ve never been shorted sauce, straws, napkins, etc., nor had my order messed up. Best fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen! Keep up the good work y’all and THANK YOU!!!!

This place used to be good, but they can’t even do orders right towards the end of a night. I ordered a regular spicy chick fil a sandwich and they forgot it. Is this McDonald’s or chick fil a? Need a refund.
