I see why this place is low rated . I ordered a regular spicy chicken sandwich meal , chik fil a sauce , and a hi ci. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half . Instead of acknowledging my request they gave me a KNIFE instead . My fries were also old , soggy, and FULL of grease . My sandwich was old . The bread was stale !! Please close down .

Went to get a grilled chicken sandwich and I’m not even sure it was actually heated or cooked. Maybe it was the amount of time it took me to get home. Fries were weirdly cold and limp and didn’t taste right. I didn’t go to the drive thru, I went inside. Strongly don’t recommend this Chick Fil A unless you like your food barely cooked.

Same as other reviewers—astonishingly bad service. We ordered a simple curbside pickup order (assuming the drive through at noon on a weekday would be stacked up); our mobile curbside order took 30 minutes (we waited 20+ minutes in our curbside pickup space). There were NO customers dining inside; only a handful of cars in the drive-thru; absolutely NO reason why our food should have taken long at all. Plus, the food was awful—over-cooked chicken, sandwich was cold, and old fries. Worst CFA service experience ever. Do not waste your time at this location—this was not our first bad experience here!

Most people say they aren’t the type to complaint, well I ain’t those people. The location is trash. I ordered breakfast for my team, 30 minutes in advance, and still waited. No problem. However, when I arrive on time and get the food after waiting 35 minutes, then drive to my office 6 minutes, and give to my employees to find out the grilled egg white were made with burnt English muffins, the soggy hash browns weren’t drained of the grease, and the biscuits were hard as a brick…of course I want my $140 back. Close this location or fire the owner operator.

If I could rate this location a ZERO I would. Worst wait times. They also got rid of curbside pickup now which doesn’t help. The staff is extremely slow. No one here is even friendly. This service is the worst I’ve ever seen for a Chick-fil-A. You can literally wait 15+ mins for just a single breakfast biscuit… And this is doing a mobile order pick up inside. They need a serious revamp.

This place does not change. Avoid this horrible CFA at all costs. I ordered a sandwich and fries. I was told to pull around as 8 cars behind me got their food and left. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk up to the window to as if my food was ready. Amazingly it was sitting there with my name in it, just getting cold. They do not care at all at this location. It is one of the worst locations for the whole brand.

First, the food was fine. It just takes so long to get it. I ordered on-line. Chose to pick up inside, having waited through long drive thru lines previously. Big mistake. Only one person at a register most of the time I waited ( though, to be fair, there were few people line). People behind the counter were all focused on the drive thru, leaving me and a couple others waiting and waiting…
