Drive thru is not a good experience. Please work on it. Food was nice and delicious the building needs more green. Green mean trees plants flowers around the restaurant. Now de service was regular to the high quality service. My kid was happy with his food.

Everyone knows Chick-fil-a for the above and beyond customer service and experience aside from the excellent quality of food, but it’s like the company itself is selective when choosing their employees on a scale that can’t even be explained. I witnessed in the drive through engagement amongst the employees with our joy and excitement hyping each other up and making it a friendly competition for who is servicing a customer better and encouraging the other…like everyone is a winner with their team. It didn’t stop there, at the window, I witnessed two gentlemen workers as they were preparing my food to take and one of the guys informed the other they had something on them and the other thanked him and they both had such enthusiasm with smiles and gratitude towards each other and I mentioned to them that was the equivalent of when someone tells someone that they have spinach in their teeth, but most people choose not to mention that for fear of offending the other. We all just laughed and smiled. All of the employees joy is just contagious and I truly believe them when they say in response to us customers thanking them for their service “My pleasure”. It is truly apparent that is their pleasure to serve.

I had to swerve out of the way of a vehicle reversing in a one way, the driver almost hit my vehicle for the sake of a parking spot in their lot. They need to do a better job with traffic control. Management didn’t seem to care about how patrons behave in their parking lot. I won’t be returning to this location, people are acting a fool over parking and nothing is being done about it.

Walked in the store at 9:20pm checked the door and didn’t see anything that would make me think the dining room was closed I didn’t see anything. When I walked in some lady in a gray shirt rudely told me the dining room was closed like I should know better.(mainly the way she spoke) I then inquired as to how I was supposed to know the dining room was closed? She snapped back that it’s on the door. As I walked out I examined the door and saw no dining room timing on the doors. It sucks because this is the closest Chick Fil a to me. Needless to say, I left without ordering, hard to spend my money where I’m treated like that.

literally the worst cfa in gwinnett county. a mess to even get in line and get out. EXPAND YOUR RESTAURANT. it takes 30 min just to get in and out of line it’s ridiculous. the service is poor, i can just go to mcdonald’s for that.

The rudest staff I have ever come across. The staff was openly cussing while customers are near. They got my order wrong and when I went back to the counter they rolled their eyes and blew air through their mouth like ” pfft” .

Went through the drive thru, one lane was open and I had 5 cars in front of me, they decided to open the second lane to the right and the 5 cars behind me went to that line, all 5 got to order before myself. It felt like being skipped in the lunch line at school. After ordering 5 sandwiches and 2 fries I made it home only to have received 3 sandwiches and 1 fry, I had to inconveniently return to receive the rest of my order. My Pleasure. I Wouldn’t be leaving this review as mistakes happen, but if you’ve frequented this location you know navigating this drive thru/parking lot is not a pleasant experience .

Order online and waited in drive thru for some time which was expected with it being busy. My problem arose from that I was using my points on the online app for a free meal. Told the first person this and he tells me go through ( I believe he would be the guy I order from ). I come from a second person who tells me their app is down and I’ll need to pay now. No discounts offer just a ops and pay now. I paid because I was hungry and I just spent 10 minutes of my lunch waiting for my free meal ( best food there is). They didn’t try to notify anyone before they waited in line for this either because I heard the person tell the same thing to the person behind me. Service with a smile does not make it good service… the worst part was the grill chicken sandwich was terrible too which actually pushed me to make this long review…. It tasted rubbery
