I went there for coffee and breakfast, and the service was great. A woman named Kiki took my order, and I told her I really needed the coffee because I was very tired. She asked if I would like for her to make fresh coffee, and I was amazed. Most people would have just served me what was made. She cared enough to make sure I received a great cup of coffee. It meant the world to me that she would take the time to do that. Great service. Amazing person. She represents everything Chick-fil-A stands for. I have been back many times since.

This is unacceptable. Your prices are already insane but now you skimp out on the fries that we already don’t get enough from? We thought maybe the new location would be better….nope. it starts and ends with management and this establishment has some poor management.

This place is so slow. Nobody working getting orders wrong. Worse than McDonald’s honestly. Whoever the manager is needs to figure this industry out. Go to a different location and save your time. Food is not near as good either.

I want to like this location but literally every single time I go here they mess something up. This time they gave us the wrong drink. Last time they forgot the fries. Previous times they forgot much more including sauces and other things. They need someone from corporate to come fix the operation. The old location did a much better job and had less space and staff. I’m a 5 star review person but it’s ridiculous to have to rummage through your bag and determine if everything you ordered is in there. I’m saying confidently out of the last 15 times I’ve been to this location 15 times have had something missing from my order. I never have an issue at other locations. Please just fix your process whether it is having one person putting the order together instead of a whole team or automating it with AI.

That was the most perfect and pleasant experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. Maria in the drive thru could not have been any more kind and patient and welcoming. The gentleman who brought us our food was also super kind.

I’ve tried to give this location attempts to redeem itself but I continue to have bad experience after bad experience. They do not have the same standard of service as other locations. The drive thru line is incredibly slow, it’s faster to go to another location further from my house. I’ve also had several orders missing items or incorrect items. This location needs to take some lessons from Exit 13!

This Chick-fil-A continues to be the slowest one I have ever been to. I took a chance and got in the drive thru line because it was short and ended waiting 20 minutes for a tea. The only way I can actually eat here is to order dine in from my app and eat there, otherwise I am late back to work. I can go 1 exit down to 13 and get food and shop before just getting my order here. The staff is always sweet, so I’m not sure what the issue is with speed.

Definitely the worst Chick-fil-A experiences you can get at this drive-thru. Just read the comments. I will not use the drive-thru anymore. I don’t know why management has not done anything to fix their horrible rating. What a shame.

I Used the drive thru, thinking the line would be quick but took about 20min to get our order. They forgot two of the things i ordered, i had to go back & went inside to tell them. I was missing an orange juice for my daughter and a grilled sandwich. They gave me the orange juice right away but the sandwich, I waited almost 15 minutes & I had to tell another employee about the situation & she gave it to me right away… so what was the problem they couldn’t hand it to me the first time I asked. The service was not great. I had somewhere to be and ended up being 20 minutes late. I waisted a lot of time waiting for my missing item.
