Busy all the time and frequently there are no seats, but a large improvement from the previous food establishment.

Dear mystery worker, thank you for taking care of my friends. They have only spoken highly of your exceptional customer service.

I am glad we have ChickfilA at Clemson University. Its the place we students look forward to for lunch or other options. Milkshakes are pretty good too. I like the variety of chicken sandwiches they sell and its budget friendly. Definitely recommend dining if you are at the University.

An employee was rude to me and assumed I didn’t pay when my friend already payed for my order. She called me out in front of everyone which was embarrassing for me. I didn’t expect this sort of behavior from Chick-fil-A.

I visit this location whenever I can. Well, this one particular visit, I happened to spend a good amount of money for my food. Over thirty dollars and I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! Almost everything in my order was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and they said they would gladly replace it and apologized. I explained I wasn’t sure when I could come get it replaced because I’m on disability and its hard for me to get out. They said that was fine. A few weeks later, I’m able to swing by the location and am told that because I didn’t come the very next day (even though I hadn’t been told to and had already informed them I couldn’t) that I couldn’t get any of my food replaced. I was offered a courtesy salad. I don’t feel like that a very nice way to treat the disabled community. I no longer visit this location.

Outstanding service. All of the employees are very competent, but Brian in particular has always given fantastic service with a smile. Even though the campus in general is slower post-COVID, this Chick Fil A keeps trucking on.

We’ve all had Chick-Fil-A, so I won’t go into the food, but the service is pretty good! I wish they would staff it more though, because as soon as the lunch rush hits, those poor couple of employees have to deal with the unholy amount of undergrads, grad students, and employees that are all hunting so viciously for a decent chicken sandwich. Fortunately this location does Tapingo (I guess GrubHub now?) so you can order before you ever get there, but sometimes even that gets extremely clogged up. The staff is friendly though, especially when the line isn’t so long.

Obviously the food is delicious, but this might be the most poorly managed Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The line is always out the door and there’s always a crowd waiting for their food. They don’t look ahead to make orders so if someone orders a vegan chicken sandwich everyone behind them waits until Chick-fil-A figures out what that is. At other Chick-fil-As I get my food before I finish paying. The food is still delicious though.

Surprised that this on campus Chick-fil-A location doesn’t support the CFA One app; I only got a milkshake, so no biggie. However, it’s kind of a drag not getting points & ordering with my phone

Their lines are always way too long during lunch and dinner rushes. I’ve been able to walk to my car, drive to the one on Tiger Blvd, and return, while my friend waited in line. I understand sometimes you can get caught unprepared, but when this happens consistently almost every weekday around the same times, something obviously needs to change. Please hire more staff, start prepping sandwiches earlier, or if necessary, find a manager who can handle a busy restaurant.
