I had the crispy chicken sandwich with all the trimmings! They happily delivered it to me at my clean table. It was hot & juicy with hot, crunchy waffle fries. The crowd was friendly & happy. The staff was going around checking on everyone & happy to do things for us like clean up our tables & collect our garbage. They all work so hard & seem so satisfied. Chick-fil-A must have a great work ethic. They’re always crowded.

I decided to try out this location for the first time. The atmosphere here was perfect. Very easy to navigate the drive thru and no problem ordering. Very easy to access the parking lot. The food was good. Servers were nice and friendly. Thanks. Will be back again.

Had a great experience while on vacation. A nice young man welcomed us before we even got in the door. He was so professional and really impressed me and my family. Also while eating there was a man strolling around cleaning and helping people. He was also very nice to see and told us good bye as we left. Such good customer service is rare. So good job! We will be back.

I went through the drive through, which has 2 speakers. Although apparently there was only 1 person Taking orders on the headset because the same person was jumping back and forth between speakers. Because of this, it took over 10 minutes in total to order and get my food. From a customer convenience standpoint, if there is only one person available to take orders on the headset, only one drive thru lane should be open. To make matters worse, when I got to the drive through window, I wasn’t greeted or asked how my day was. Nor did I receive an apology for the wait at the speaker. Then the associate Fumbled my change into my hand and my food into my car and said “have a good one”. Do better Chick Fil A.

With just a little more effort, they can make their drive thru even more confusing and worthless. The poor worker standing outside in 100° temperatures approached my window to take my order while I was still a car length or two away from the menu board. I didn’t have the opportunity to see if there was something else I might want to order.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Couldn’t get my order straight, didn’t give me dressing or toppings for my salad. The drink was pure carbornation. Awful all the way around. The ones in Farmville and Midlothian Va are awesome. What happened in SC?????

Can’t stand their obsession with parking lot harassment by employees . Drive thru is not a place where people need to stand. All those stupid cones in the parking lot , they think it’s an airport. They should stay inside and make food. Customers don’t need corralled like sheep. Food quality was no where near what I’ve had in all other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever been to. I did curbside and they didn’t include napkins, a straw for my milkshake, or sauce for my nuggets. The person bringing out the food showed that they obviously didn’t want to be there. There is no direct entrance off Hwy 17. If you’re coming from the North you must exit from the right lane as if you’re going to the mall. However, there are multiple signs saying “Chick-fil-A Do Not Exit” instead of “Turn Here”, which you must do. If you miss the turn off at the mall entrance do not take the exit just past the restaurant – you’ll be very sorry since there’s no easy turnaround and you’ll go miles out of your way (found out the hard way).
