Fast service kind folks! Good food. Every fast food in Summerville needs to take note on how to provide fast decent customer service! Popeyes, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Burger King and other fast food restaurants have been a nightmare when ordering food at the drive thru. This place is fast and workers actually work versus my fast experience where kids aren’t working, on their phones or fooling around.

The line was very long when we got there, but the service was amazing, and we did not wait long. There were employees going car to car taking orders on tablets. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food was delicious, and everything was correct. I was super impressed!

First time at this location. Inconsistency in the food portions, which is frustrating considering the up charge on everything. Food temp was Luke warm and wasn’t fresh. Service up front was subpar from what you expect from Chick-Fil-A. Kids seemed annoyed. Hope ownership helps them out. My guess is they don’t get many breaks there and leadership doesn’t have much competition in the area.

I said multiple times “two more sandwiches, the same way.” They weren’t put in the order correctly and now I have a pair pickle and tomato tainted sandwiches. How do people just not listen? That’s your job is to listen to the order. I paid $12 for two of these.

This is one of the largest Chick-fil-a locations I’ve seen in my time, and they are absolutely one of the best! Their service was incredible, and their speed is impressive! There can be a wild line, but you’re in and out in five minutes. Today I was served by Tyler and Bella, and I was greeted with a smile and quick service! I would 100% reccomend!

This chick-fil-a had a great location the food was great. The people were great. But they need to work on getting the orders right. This time they were only missing a drink. The last time I went to this one the whole order was wrong and the time before that they go the order completely wrong and the food was cold. This time they did much better. Keep up the great work. The outside area was clean and neat. The people were really friendly. Overall not bad. Needs to work on a few things. Not the worst one I have ever been to.

Very large and busy location. It looked like the drive-thru ran well. We went inside to order, and it did not. When it was my turn at the register, I waited several minutes to place my order. Usually they give you your drinks and then your food. I was asked to wait at a side counter for my food. Once I got it, I had to ask for my drinks. Not too big a deal, it just was not like any other visit I have had at any other store.

Absolutely abysmal food presentation. Whoever made the chicken minis today needs to be retrained. First of all they took FOREVER and there was no line! Then the sandwiches were literally packed half under the ones above them. They were falling apart before I even attempted to pick one up. The bottoms are TUCKED UNDER the other sandwiches. This is such a first world problem. Like what a joke! Also it’s the only location I’ve ever been to that simply cannot handle extra honey butter. HAHA!

My daughter and I came to this location for lunch today and there was a line almost out the door due to some large groups choosing to dine here as well. We were able to find an unoccupied table and chose to mobile order which was much easier and faster and even though it was hard to even see through the crowd, an associate named Nancy still managed to notice we were new and quickly made her way to say hello, check on us and clean the table before we even had a chance to notice it was needed. To be that attentive while so busy and still have a wonderfully welcoming demeanor is truly a rare and very comforting occurrence in the world we live in today. Thank you Nancy for making my daughter and I feel special when we are but a blip on your radar on such a busy day for you 🙂

Been going to Chicafila forever in many states with great service. Just left the Chicafila today in Summerville, SC and this is the 3rd time they messed up my order in the last 1.5 months. I am not sure what’s going on there but it’s not the service im use to at Chicafila.
