We stopped for lunch break and so did everyone on I-26 lol. Despite the place being very busy, the food was delicious, the service was quick and the staff was friendly.

I went during the height of the day, lunch time. The lines were long and moving relatively quickly. At first glance, the setup looks confusing because the one line veers off into two. It’s important that you pay attention to the instructions from the attendant, who will tell you what vehicle to follow when the two lanes merge back into a single lane. The salads are phenomenal, and service with a smile is always welcome . Great team work staff.

Visited Friday night, they were “out” of lemonade at ~7 PM. (How does that even work? So you didn’t order enough lemons? I mean, surely your truck isn’t delivering ingredients on Saturdays, so you ran out of lemonade for potentially days? Really?) Seemed like an excuse to not make more that evening.

Just went thru drive thru and we ordered biscuit, minis, tea and a coffee. After a long wait in the drive thru, we receive our biscuits and mini but are asked to park for drinks. After a few minutes, we receive our coffee & tea and drive off. Sadly, the coffee we had to park for had no cream as ordered. So basically we waited and had to park for black coffee and a sweet tea.

Service there has gone down a lot. There has been plenty occasions where my food has been old and cold. I just recently visit spending $40 on food. & EVERYTHING was cold and old AGAIN, as if it was just sitting there in the food warmer. As I looked over the counter there was a lot of food just sitting and they grabbed what was first. I ask for my food fresh and gave the other food back. I waited 30 mins just for them to hand me more food that was yet again COLD AND OLD. This has happened quite a few times. I won’t be spending anymore money here.

The service as always was amazing. We did drive through at about 830 and they close at 9. Took back to our hotel and it was the worst Chick-fil-A we have ever had. The fries were soggy and the sandwiches were not fresh. So sad after a long day of driving.

Was there on a Saturday at lunch time. It was SUPER BUSY. But we didn’t realize how busy until we went inside. They did the best they could with so many people. If I didn’t have to use the ladies room, I would have stayed in the car. By the way, for as many people that were there, the ladies room was reasonably clean. I don’t know if they are that busy all the time, but they were fully staffed and working very hard to get everyone their food.

15 minutes for drive-thru. Ordered sauce with my meal, none provided, and to top it off, BURNED SANDWICH! What is going on Chic Fil A?

Nice cashier slow restaurant. I know most Chick-fil-A ‘s are super busy but they do always get your order right . I asked for regular bun and got a mltgrn brio bun. Yes I know people do make mistakes but I had to wait longer then normal. As far as the food it’s Chick-fil-A so it’s good.

I really love Chick-fil-A, but just realized that all of their food is fried in peanut oil. Being from Canada, it was new to us. I appreciate they do actually state that on the menu, and it’s my own fault for not seeing before, but with a family member with a severe peanut allergy, it was unfortunate to learn. Thankfully, someone in our group caught that in time.
