When I’m standing there at the counter for at least 5 min and 3 different people walk by and just look at me. Even the lady doing the mobile orders just looked at me and didn’t ask how she may help. CFA is normally good but awful service today!!!!

Ordered catering from this location and it was outstanding! We had to drive 45 minutes to get to our destination and the chicken sandwiches were still hot and tasty. The cookies were also fresh and delicious. First time catering through Chick-fil-A, but not the last.

Not the service that is expected from a Chick-Fil-A. Very inefficient. Two lines for ordering; 4 young people taking orders; only 1 person bringing food to your car. What’s the use of having mobile ordering if you have to wait behind everyone deciding what they want to order and then wait again to get it. Why not use your second drive through line?

Absolute TRASH. Never have I ever experienced such a terrible Chick-fil-A. Normally Chick-fil-A has outstanding service but this one drops the ball every single time. I’ve given them chance after chance because I’m lazy and this one is close to my house but I won’t do it again. I’d rather drive a few extra miles to another Chick-fil-A before I’d ever give this location my money again. The problem is always something missing from our order- every single time… and most times it’s multiple missing items.

The food was fresh and hot at the start of lunch however I was in the drive thru and witnessed the employee responsible for adding sauces to the bag continuously rubbing her eye with no gloves. I asked for my sauces not to be added to my bag for this reason and they were added anyway and then taken out by another employee wearing gloves. My food is already contaminated with eye boogers and pink eye! SMH

Disorganized. Not up to par. I’m always disappointed when I go to this Chick-fila. Never the normal experience. Just to add on today I ordered a cup of ice and soon as I lift the lid a long piece of hair just sitting there. Gross!

Welcome to Red Bank. Figured I would give the new Chick-fil-A a try. Red Bank doesn’t disappoint. Ordered a combo sandwich with extra pickles with mayo and a Chick-fil-A sauce. Got home with the order and the sandwich didn’t have any pickles, no Mayonnaise packets and no Chick-fil-A sauce. The sandwich did have cheese on it which I didn’t even know they had cheese. The sandwich was barely warm and the fries were cold. All the years in my life I have never had any Chick-fil-A mess up an order. Congratulations Red Bank you fit right in with all the eating places around here. There is something about this area that the workers can’t get an order right.
