This Chick-fil-A was fine, but I’m seeing a greater problem with Chick-fil-A in general lately. They have good quality food, but what you get for what you pay has really been disappointing lately. I paid $12 for a 8 count grilled nugget meal with a side salad. And this is the salad I received. So sad. The box wasn’t even half full. Remember they up charge for switching from fries to salad, so I paid extra to get this paltry salad. Come on Chick-fil-A, where are your standards?!

Came through last Wednesday and they forgot our large fry. The chicken nuggets were warm, not hot. I called and told them they forgot our fries. They said I could come back or they would load a fry to my rewards on the app. I chose the reward since I do not live in the area. They said it would take up to 48 hours for the reward to load. It has been a week. I tried to call back twice and can’t get anyone to answer.

I’m never going to this horrible location ever again. I made all the way to the window and the girl walked up to get my payment. Looked at my $100 bill and said we don’t take those. That’s all I had. She said well I can’t do that. I told her than she better get the car in front of me to move so I didn’t have to sit and watch everyone else get their food. She said nothing and walked away. I could see everyone inside laughing when she came back. So funny I know. It must have been hilarious. Idiots. I went to ihop and spent my money there. Jerks

I love Chick-fil-A in general but this location has done me wrong a few times now. Unfortunately it’s the only one in Arden area that closes at 10:00 so I’m left with no option but to go to this one on days I’m craving it after 9:00pm. Point is I came here and ordered food that was a total of 40 dollars… I ordered a 12 Ct nugget meal with fries. I arrived home and they completely forgot that 12 nuggets and my fries weren’t even filled all the way they were at half. I have now decided this Chick-fil-A is just not it. I went back though considering it was already 10:00 when I was heading back and they didn’t have any anymore since they had cleaned up, they just offered 3 free cookies which isn’t even food for me to eat, wish they would’ve been more considerate and offered a coupon or Chick-fil-A card to get another meal another time, it’s unfortunate I paid and didn’t even get to eat food I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend this location unless it’s your last resort lol.

I don’t dislike Chick-fil-A, but I do not understand the fanaticism that results in the constantly full 8 lane super highways they call their drive thru lanes. Their staff is always great and friendly, and they handle the crowds better than about any other place could. This holds true for this location as well. I only had one issue with my visit to this location. I placed an order for dine in ahead on the app. A couple minutes after placing my order, I was notified my order was ready and to head to the pickup area. However, my order was not ready, and was not ready for about five more minutes. Not a huge issue, but restaurants saying orders are ready well before they actually are is frustrating. I recognize this is done to likely meet unreasonable order quotas and delivery times, but it results in a worse experience for the diner. Fortunately, the staff were friendly and it was a fine experience overall.

came to eat here while I was having a very rough morning was getting a little frustrated because food was taking longer than usual employee Scott noticed that I was a little bit frustrated brought my food to me and gave me a free cookie as common courtesy for the order taking a little bit too long as I am not somebody who usually is the type to complain about fast food service this made me feel bad and I appreciated his concern for his customers and the great service he is providing. He made my day, give this man a raise.

The slowest chick fil a in the area. With or without a line on average I spend 12-15 minutes in the drive thru. Its pretty ridiculous at this point. Also, 3/5 times something has been missing or incorrect with my order. I live right down the street but will go out of my way to avoid this location.
