Today I purchased lunch around 1pm. The food was what I ordered and good. This location has a very good sanitation score of 98. As with the other times I have been at this location, there was 2 workers in front. One taking orders the other giving out orders. long line with both. A manager comes from back and stands talking to person handing out food with no intentions of helping with the backup. I got my meal, went back later for tea refill and now another worker is there but line is worse. One young girl was trying to take orders, fix milk shake machine and had been taking orders. One lady had been waiting for a while and the new person started taking orders from others to form new line. She spoke up and the same manager just looked at her and didn’t offer to assist her. Not the type of service you expect from a Chick fila. Probably the worse manager I have ever seen anywhere and no happy faces at this location.

$2.99 for a large drink now. It’s the cheapest thing the restaurant sells and over the last 6-8 months, it has increased steadily. Aside from that, mall service is a joke at best. Gone are the days of “my pleasure” and “Welcome”. Well, today was my last purchase at Chick Fil-A. I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish with the steady increasing prices, but if it’s to have people re-think shopping at an overpriced chicken joint, then you have succeeded.

This location needs some assistance. It needs more people, training, and resources. The staff were clearly doing the best they could but they need more help or organization. Staff did not communicate very well but they were probably exhausted. Not very clean either. Food was typical chick fila but with a reduced menu.

this location should not offer delivery services. they already take forever to get food to face-to-face customers, but when i come here for an uber eats order, i’ve never waited less than 15 minutes. it always seems because the kitchen isn’t giving front of house what they need. but it’s absolutely outrageous when there’s 3 customers waiting for 10 minutes and delivery drivers waiting for even longer.

I have worked in the mall for three years now. Recently its been a problem every-time i got there. Today was definitely the worse i am waiting right in front of the food court entrance in the left where the pick up sign is near the door for employees which is where i stand everyday i order and waited for my food no name was called i then walk closer and get stared out till i have to speak up and say is Alyssas food ready she then says yes and hands me my open bag of food with cold fries. I had then asked if i could get a new fry which was a small fry and was told no because they called it out. There is only two people there that are always killing it tristin and maggie but the rest are struggling and very rude with everything they do.

Man there was about 5 people standing around not doing anything. The man at the register Anthony was doing an awesome job taking all the orders and making drinks. He was the only one working while there was a line with 20 people in it.

I received an email from Mike Purdue with a complimentary Chick-fil-A sandwich. I was at the mall, clicked on My Rewards, and clicked on redeem. I ordered the sandwich and informed the attendant that I was using a reward. She told me to scan the QR code. My app said thank you and it disappeared. Unfortunately, the attendant said nothing came up. She requested help from someone else so and they moved to a different register. It was now gone and they told me I didn’t have a reward when I actually did. I had to pay for my complimentary sandwich.

For being a Chick-fil-A I expect they would hold to the same standard as all other Chick-fil-A locations. This location is extremely slow, understaffed and always long wait times. I come here a couple times a week and get food and end up getting cold meal after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I don’t recommend this location.

Great service as always & the food was delicious. I just wanted to be sure the online ordering program is working properly at the Independence Mall location. This is the second time in a week I ordered online giving them plenty of time to complete the order, but when I arrived both times, the order wasn’t ready & I was told it was stuck in the computer so I had to wait awhile. Until this is fixed, you may find it best to order online to beat the line, but rush over to have them get it out of the computer & wait for them to fill the order.
