This is what is happening to food delivery drivers at this location. This is because they have hired staff to deliver but they aren’t getting the orders, so the management is slowing down delivery drivers now so it’s a problem and won’t accept the orders anymore so their staff will get them. Since when are Chick-fil-A employees made security officers of Cross Creek Mall. The employee at the door guarding. It was very belligerent telling me the mall was closed. If the mall is closed that all the doors of the mall should be locked. I needed to get to an eye doctor appointment.

Wait times today were horrible, it took over 30 minutes to get three simple orders of pre-cooked food. Nothing here is fresh made, surprise… There is nothing that should take 30+ minutes for only three small orders, that was some chicken minis, a fruit bowl, and another chicken biscuit with two drinks.
