This Is A Very Nice Chick-fil-A location. It is Very Modern, Family & Children Friendly. Also has A large Dining Area Inside and Offers A large Dining Area Outside with Shaded Tables and Seating. Has a Two lane Drive-Thru Order & Pickup Option to make Ordering On the Go more convenient. With all this Yes Food Is Definitely Delicious and Made Fresh . . . Definitely A Place That Everyone Can Enjoy!!

Placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru 8/5/2023. Order was missing 2 entrees. Called and spoke to Asa who offered to replace the order within the week. Told her I would be returning now for the correct order. Waited inside for 20 minutes for the two missing items while the rest of the food sat at home getting cold. Poor customer service. Two unordered dry brownies were thrown in the bag as a “sorry”. Would have preferred to have the order correct the first time vs the brownies I didn’t want and dismissive attitudes of the workers. Wasted time, wasted gas – one order should not result in 2 trips and an hour of time. This location is the worst location I’ve experienced. Bravo Mint Hill.

We love this CFA. My husband and I do a breakfast date here once a week and everything is always perfect. Ordering at the counter is quick and we enjoy the pleasantness and smiles of the employees. Jennifer is one of our very favorites! Food always arrives quick and is hot. The location dining room and restroom is always clean. The chicken mini’s are heaven in a box ❤️

Came in around 330. It got pretty busy. All the tables were dirty or empty with Chick-fil-employee book bags and laptops blocking seating . Not one manager greeted or acknowledged me while I waited for my food. It’s important to lead by example as managers and make sure hiring doesn’t interfere with your customers’ experience.

At first I was upset about them opening this facility in our town because I thought it would cause more traffic but it hasn’t and the place is excellent. Friendly employees great food and I never have to wait in line very long.

I am updating this. This has been the worst experience at any store they have. No straws, waiting 20 mins after going through the line, frosted lemonade was completely melted. Asked twice what was taking so long and the staff was just playing around. It I wanted service like this I would of went to McDonald’s.

I decided to try a spicy chicken biscuit. It was the best chicken biscuit breakfast I’d had in a very long time. I was a little confused, when I saw that it was two chicken tenders on a biscuit because I thought I was getting the whole piece of chicken just a smaller cut. Either way there was no disappointment because again it was absolutely delicious. I remember the young lady asking me what kind of sauce I wanted and I was utterly confused because I have no nothing other than Polynesian sauce that I’ve first started going to Chick-fil-A as a child. I told the lady I wasn’t sure with a look of pure Tara on my face because I truly wasn’t. She stated that she would make sure that every sauce was in the bag for me. When I got my food every sauce was in the bag and at that point I had a decision to make. I decided to use the honey mustard because I always eat mustard on chicken biscuits. Best decision I had ever made. While the parking lot is a tag confusing for a first-timer, it is in fact very time efficient. Everyone was professional and polite, and I will definitely be going back.

I love CFA and am disappointed when they don’t pay attention to the order. The original sticker is covered by the correct label. A Cob Salad Base means NO chicken. At all. I don’t frequent this location and won’t be returning soon. So I simply have a salad I can’t eat due to allergies.

I had a great experience here. The staff are very friendly and always say ‘my pleasure’. I love coming here and my several time server/cashier Caleb was very helpful. He does such a good job and deserves a raise. I always see him go above and beyond the other staff when I order from him and he never gets my order wrong. Great experience, great restaurant, would recommend.

While I love Chic a Fil, I do think it’s over rated. The ridiculous long lines and the “okay” food. There mac and cheese is better than most sit-down restaurants. The reason I keep going back to this restaurant is because of the service! The employees are AMAZING! Respectful, pleasant, and even when customers are not so nice, never have I seen them get irritated. Great Job Chic a fil for training stellar employees!
