This location is always super busy, no matter what time of day it is. I ended up coming to the location around 1 pm. on a Friday for lunch, and as expected, the line was out to the street. It’s located right on Soutb Blvd, and there is a lot of construction going on already, so that just adds to the madness of the traffic. I had faith, though, as I always do with chick fil a and the many polite drive-thru workers ushered the vehicles in drive thru in a quick and swiftly manner. They opened up another “lane,” which basically just helps them out so that the line doesn’t go to the street so much, and that does help traffic clear up a bit. As always, the employees are super nice and polite when you give them your order, and they make everything so easy. I think I was in the drive thru line no more than 10 minutes. It definitely goes quickly. As soon as I got to the drive-thru window, they had my order ready, and I was on my way back to work. The line may look scary, but I guarantee you will be in and out in no time.

I patronized this location often. I worked over 14 hours today and decided to grab a quick meal from Chick-fil-A, me entrusting them to have my order correct (I should have checked) I got home to a large bowl of chicken noodle soup and honey mustard. Why in the world would I order honey mustard with chicken noodle soup ??? I am highly pissed. Gabrielle was the person who took my order at drive through and handed me my food. I understand y’all were near closing time but keep the customer service consistent ACROSS THE BOARD!!

OMG! So thankful traveled here for work and in the area near the coliseum there are lots of eateries but no fast food, well chic fila a location was perfect. Not knowing the are can be kind of frustrating so look next time in Charlotte do what we did, tap Google maps, restaurants and chic fil a in the search…it was great watching the staff get things done.. seniors, physically challenged, language differences, and the orchestra of them was absolutely wonderful. Food was fresh, and on time and in order as the customers waited patiently. Thank you for making my day with that final blow of a beautiful hostess smile for my drink refill! Keep on raising the bar and keep you all shining amongst the Stars….follow us for more…

Ordered a kid’s meal with lemonade, no ice. Got rung up for 5 nuggets, some drink, and a whole lot of ice. This also costed more than my kid’s meal was supposed to. When I called out the mistake, I got shoulder shrugs, and told “I’m sorry” as he walked away. Definitely not going back.

I never leave reviews but this place is a dumpster fire. I’ve been 3 times and every time my order is wrong. It’s usually a pretty busy location and if you’re going south toward them, good luck ever getting into the drive thru because no one lets you in. I have to walk in to order every time and every time I’ve stood in line I’ve been skipped by random people who just walked in. It genuinely might be better going uptown and finding parking for that location, at least the service would be better. Every time I’m here the employees look like they would rather die than be there except for on young kid working the drive thru, everyone else looks miserable. Just avoid.

The worst location ever. Fries are cold, they don’t even fill it up. Also chicken is lukewarm, tomatoes seem like they have been sitting for a long time. To way 25-30 mins and to receive nasty cold food is unacceptable. Management needs to talk to these employees because this is just horrible.
