Each time I have visited the establishment my order has never been correct. Todays visit was no different. I ordered a #1 chicken sandwich deluxe, the sandwich only with extra pickles. I received a chicken sandwich no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese only pickles on the sandwich. Cashier wrung the order up wrong, didn’t give me any change, nor was she very pleasant. I brought it to the managers attention and he charged me an additional $.76 and told me he would give me the sides. Please see the picture of what I received. I should no have to pay, and piece my food together. It should be hot and ready to eat. I will be making recommendation to see if we can get another vendor at this location. Customer service is not good even at the management level.

Shanetta and Mr. Edward are always SUCH IMMACULATE WORKERS. The services were GREAT, the atmosphere is always awesome as well and they ALWAYS strive to better help their customers. I just know that every time I walk in and see those two my services are going to be served in the most up-kept way. If they weren’t already in a higher up position I would definitely recommend a higher pay. They deserve it!! Keep up the good work!

I ordered a spicy sandwich deluxe, most of the lettuce was out of the sandwich. The fries were 80% crumbles ♀️. Also I had 12 count nuggets and they gave me only 11 and one of those was all breaded no chicken, so I only had 10. The lady upfront wasn’t that friendly, she sounded like a robot saying her script. They need to do better.

Pleasantly surprised! They employees there did a great job. The line was long for the drive thru so I went in. My order was ready in no time! I got the spicy chicken tenders meal with fries, and added a Mac and cheese. Everything was very good and served to me hot! Hats off to the staff!

I work in the building that Chick Fil A is in at Atrium’s Main location. The service is the worst I have ever seen. In 2023, I visited 4 times and all 4 time the service was horrible. I order online wait 10 minutes and walk over (about a 10 minute walk) and every time I’m waiting for 20 to 24 minutes for my food. The manager is rude and disrespectful to the customers. The are doing door dash order but they should’ve because that takes away from the hundreds of customers in this hospital that go there for service. I hope that some goes in to fix the problems at this location.

This location was at atrium main and it was dirty very busy and not very well mapped out as to where and how to order and pick up food the staff was pleasant but once my order was taken out was over nobody checked to see if I had my food called my name or anything they just say bags on the counter I didn’t get the condiments I asked for n food was ok fries were dry and not very warm chicken bites were on the great side but tasty could have been hotter

I really want to give zero stars for this visit. myself and another gentleman were standing in line. manager Collete was filling an order, while talking on the phone. She filled the order and proceeded to finish her call. 1 woman was sweeping, 1 was cleaning the ice cream machine and 1 was just standing around.

I consider myself a Chick Fil A connoisseur. I refuse to admit to the number of restaurants I’ve visited but let’s just say it’s enough to know what to expect. While having this location inside the main hospital of Atrium Health is convenient, especially while waiting on a family member to have a procedure, the employees and atmosphere leave much to be desired. It’s difficult to get anyone’s attention if you need something. If you use the CFA app to order, it’s possible for the order to take longer to.pick up than moving through the line. Staff, for the most part, are unfriendly and look as though they would rather be anywhere else. I think I’ve gotten spoiled by the smiles and “my pleasure” responses from the other locations I frequent. Overall, this is by far my least favorite CFA. I may still go here if I visit the hospital again while they are open, but even that isn’t a given. It’s not enjoyable when it seems those who are there are unhappy. Hopefully that will change in the future.
