No Complaints at all. Never disappointed. Always my favorite for Burger. Chicken original, Chicken Grilled and Spicy are all my favorites. Their potato fries are really best and different than any other fries outlets. Unique Chick-fil-A sauce is incomparable. If you are dining in, they provide table service. Just the thing is wait time is a lot if you are in Car line.

Ordered in the drive thru with David, his service was great! Pulled to the window to get food and the peach milkshake and the peach lemonade wasn’t ready. Pulled into the curbside park and waited, and waited, and waited. After a few people went in, I followed suit. Needless to say, they had to make both drinks. So after 18 minutes of waiting, my food was cold and the drinks I ended up with was a VANILLA milkshake and a tea/lemonade mix. No peach in either one. Thanks for the great experience….

I absolutely LOVE coming to this location to get lunch so my kid can play in the play place . I do have to say – there is a female employee there with very short hair and glasses who I seem to get every time who is a pretty unpleasant person. Never smiling , and always gives people an issue about sauce with their food. Today on my visit 8/11 at 3 pm I overheard another couple complaining about how they asked for a few sauces each and she only handed them one. ONE to share. Also when placing my order today , instead of asking something along the lines of “anything else I can get for you” she says “you’re still ordering?” I will of course still be coming but hopefully management will see this and mention something- this location and staff is great but one bad apple can ruin a visit ! Not just for me but for others too.

Service took longer than usual, which sucked because I was actually in a rush, and that is the reason why I chose Chic fil a. They’re usually way faster. Only 1 person checking in both car lanes, when I paid for my food I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes, that’s a lot when you’re pressed for time. When I got my grilled chicken and egg white on English muffin, the muffin was falling apart, and the egg didn’t look appealing. They have got to do better.

I am from Pennsylvania and have never had a bad experience at my local Chick Fil A. However, this experience was genuinely awful. I try to be sympathetic because I myself work in food service but the main rule of food service, is that quality is everything. So when my sister opened her sandwich and her grilled chicken looked like it was from a children’s play set, it was disappointing. Even more disappointing when everyone’s lemonade tasted watered down and the fries were sad and soggy. However, I understand- maybe it was just a bad day. Customer service on the other hand… Should always be 100%. Especially when you’re a brand that prides yourself on customer service. The workers seemed disorderly and one of them somehow failed to properly hold a door?? Also, the atmosphere in here was god awful… I can’t necessarily blame the company for the customers but jesus christ… I was baffled that some of these people manage to exist! Needless to say, this experience was nothing short of disappointment.

Hands down the worst Chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order my meal at least one thing is wrong … most recently I received the wrong size soup & I asked for no cheese on my deluxe grilled sandwich and I guess that somehow meant I didn’t want the bacon either (this happens every. single. time.) … I’m not paying McDonalds prices so I shouldn’t have to take everything out of the bag to double check their work before I can pull off. I don’t understand the issue because they are not under-staffed. There’s literally so many of them walking around. Must be poor management.

Who doesn’t like Chick-fil-A? My favorite thing is no matter how long the drive-thru line is you know you’re going to get out in a decent time. The staff is always friendly and the food is always amazing. Plus they’ll give you as many sources as you want lol

I ordered Door Dash Delivery of a very over priced Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich meal. When it arrived to my work I received the wrong order. 100% wrong. There was a chicken breast fillet in a cup with a piece of wilted lettuce, half empty container of fries and a lemonade with no ice. I ordered the Deluxe sandwich, medium fries and a tea lemonade combo with an assortment of sauces.
