I have had my order wrong on 6 separate occasions. The icing on the cake the chicken was not battered on my daughters sandwich. When I catch it there they fix it no problem. However when I call let my guard down and not check…noone answers the phone, there is no voice mail, and I am NOT driving back again.

I mistakenly went to this location to pickup my mobile order (placed it for the retail drive one). The gentleman at the window were very kind to fulfill the order, even though it was close to closing, and I was at the wrong location. Wonderful customer service!

Sadly, this Chick Fil A is completely incompetent at including key ingredients when delivering orders. We’ve ordered breakfast burritos multiple times and the salsa is never included. I called a couple of weeks ago and the manager ensured me he would “talk to the kitchen” about this issue and encouraged me to place the order through the CFA app vs Door Dash. Today, we order through the CFA app and again no salsa. I called after not receiving the salsa again and spoke with the manager, Grayson. He apologized for the issue and offered to credit our account. This still means one person is left with a dry burrito (no salsa). I asked if someone could run a salsa to our home, and he said no. I then offered to drive to the store if they could just remake the whole breakfast since everyone’s would now be cold. He said they would only be able to credit back the one burrito. This is terrible customer service especially for a Chick Fil A. No consideration for how this has negatively impacted our day on more than one occasion. We offer to come to the store to rectify their mistake and in return just want hot breakfast for everyone. We’ve learned our lesson with this location. These burritos are $6.19 not including tax and the delivery tip, which CFA also doesn’t account for when messing up your order and offering to refund. Sad to say we won’t be ordering breakfast from here in the future. Also, nothing was every credited to our account for the issues today.

it’s chickfila. it’s fantastic food at a cheap and speedy rate. thus evening (28 April 2023) the mobile orders were not going through. but they gave us a free samdwich credit however. keep up the good work!!!

Julia at this chic-fil-a … was such an encouragement. She was assigned to the dining room to keep the tables clean, and she came up to us.. and she ask if there was anything she could pray with us about.. little did she know my sister from Florida was with us because I was going to have a brain tumor removed the next morning. So we asked her to pray about that.. We were in TOTAL SHOCK.. but being believers, who were we to question God. We couldn’t leave without telling the manager.. tears flowing we told him our story.. and HE PRAYED TOO Today I’m writing to tell you that I went thru surgery and home now.. recovering.. so glad God reconfirmed thru Julia that he was with us.

Normally Chick Fil A is known for it’s stellar service but I must say today service was sub par. I did get my food quickly and staff was great but I ordered a breakfast combo. I got NO napkins, NO straw and had to ask for the condiments that I told the order taker I wanted and was marked on my ticket.
