I stopped by here around 1:25pm my son and his brother to meet up and get some lunch. The drive thru was pretty busy. I placed order around 1:32pm for dine in. I ordered via the app. I got my son a kids nuggets meal with fries and a lemonade. I got myself a 8 count nuggets and fries.

It’s fast food. I’ll save my 5 stars for the best Mexican, so 4 is pretty damn good. Service is always great, but expect a long line in drive thru. No 30 minute lunches unless you go inside to order.

Being from GA and eating Chick-fil-A my entire life, this was the first time I was not greeted when I walked in. Not by the lady cleaning the tables, not by the manager filling condiment bags…… The manager kept putting stuff in the bags instead of calling for someone to come take our order. Once a young lady did see us standing there, she goes, “I’ll go ahead and take your order.” Ordered two 12 piece meals, requested fresh fries. They gave us 2 sauces for both meals, and the fries were not cooked to order. If I wanted a McDonald’s experience, that’s where I would have gone. I’ll never go back!

This one is really tough and confusing just to get in the parking lot then you have a long long line of cars almost out into the street. Drive thru went pretty smooth and constant though. The food ehh mid tier I got a box full of fry bits with no salt :/ and had to wait almost 15 mins for the rest of my food to come out. This is my first time in NC not a good experience after work.

Not so easy to access this Chick-Fil-A if it’s your first visit as you must wind around shopping center to back to enter. Very convenient to highway though! Team member went above and beyond to help us check ingredient lists for food allergies. The food was hot and good if a bit salty (chicken strips). They forgot one of salads at first til I checked the bags and sauce we requested (honey) but offered a number of dressings to choose from for allergy needs. Food was ready quickly and staff were friendly and patient. Dining room was closing early around 1 pm so we were very glad we were able to order before that. Tight parking lot with drive through cars crowd around parking spots but a delicious lunch!

I go here sometimes in the morning and the hours of operation say 6:30. They NEVER open at 6:30. They move the cone & turn the light on at 6:35. I think I need to report the hours of operation as not true and 6:35. It’s annoying and an inconvenience. You should open at the time stated you are open. They will be quick to tell you they closed or the fryer off and all that before closed time.

If you can, avoid this location. The little girl bagging the food has the nastiest attitude when I told her I didn’t get all my food, the guy rung it up wrong and I told them. I paid for it, when it should have been right the first time when I asked him to repeat my order to me and didn’t. When I got my food the sandwich had everything on it that I didn’t ask for, the fry portion wasnt even existent, and the tea tasted like water. We ordered a 8 count nugget meal, m fry, a deluxe sandwich plain and m fry meal with a Mac and cheese added on, and another fry and yogurt. Guess how many sauces they gave us. 2. I asked for at least 4 more so we would have enough. And the girl turned her nose up. Shoot 2 fries would take all the sauce. Cause what 2 little packets gonna do. Smh. Drive to high point to get better service. These crazy people don’t deserve to see y’all faces.
